Enhancement Overview:

Several enhancements have been introduced to improve security, integrations, and user experience. These updates include a configurable password expiration policy, support for New York and New Jersey Easy Pass toll imports, quick-access navigation shortcuts on the dispatch screen, and a new Multi-Service fuel card integration for importing and categorizing fuel transactions automatically.

Enhancement Summary:

  1. Password Expiration Policy

  2. Easy Pass Toll Transaction Import

  3. Dispatch Screen Navigation

  4. Multi-Service Fuel Card Integration

Password Expiration Policy

Administrators can now configure a password expiration policy within the TMS setting>Security by defining the number of days a password remains valid. Users will receive email notifications starting configured number of days before their password expires, helping them update their credentials in advance.

Additionally, administrators have the option to require users to change their password upon their next login, enhancing account security and compliance with password management policies.

Easy Pass Toll Transaction Import

The system now supports importing toll transaction data using both the New York and New Jersey Easy Pass templates. Users can access and upload these templates through the Financial > Toll Transactions section, providing greater flexibility for managing toll transaction imports across multiple Easy Pass formats.

Dispatch Screen Navigation

The dispatch screen has been enhanced with quick-access shortcuts that allow users to open driver, truck, and trailer profiles directly from the dispatch view.

This improvement reduces navigation time and eliminates the need to switch to the fleet section when accessing vehicle or driver information.

Multi-Service Fuel Card Integration

The Multi-Service fuel card integration allows users to import fuel purchase transactions from Multi Service Fuel Card directly into the system. Configuration requires entering the carrier, customer code, username, and password.

The integration automatically categorizes imported transactions into appropriate fuel and service types, such as diesel, gas, and repairs, while unidentified transactions and fees are classified under other applicable categories for accurate expense tracking.
