Email Log Display Enhancement
The email log functionality has been improved to accurately capture and display all email activities related to a load or request. Emails sent from within the notes section, such as document sharing or ETA requests, will now be properly logged with details like milestone updates and PO requests, providing better visibility and tracking of communication.
Dispatch & Driver Document Upload Notifications
The system now provides enhanced notifications for key driver and dispatch activities. Users will receive alerts when a load is dispatched, including details such as the dispatcher name, load number, and driver group.
Additionally, users can receive notifications when drivers upload documents via the mobile app by enabling the relevant options in Notification Settings, with alerts appearing under the bell icon and as popup notifications.
Broker Profile Visibility Permissions
Access to the Broker Profile is now permission-based in brokerage-only tenants. New View and Edit permissions have been introduced, allowing administrators to control and restrict user access by enabling or disabling these permissions in user settings.
Enhanced Agent Permissions & Restrictions in Agency Management
Agent permissions have been expanded to provide greater control over operations, including the ability to Create/Edit load invoices, create/Edit settlements, manage driver fields, Edit driver information, access rate cards, and Create/Edit/Delete balances based on assigned permissions. Agents can also edit and manage invoices, including placing them on hold, similar to accounting users when granted access.
Additionally, restrictions have been introduced for settlements, where agents can only edit or delete settlements created by themselves, even if they have edit permissions, ensuring data integrity for shared or multi-load settlements. Separate permissions have also been added under the financial section to control access to escrow and driver balances, allowing more granular and secure permission management.
Canadian Sales Tax Input in Maintenance Logs
Input fields for GST, HST, and QST have been added in the Maintenance module when creating or editing logs with CAD currency and showing columns in the grid.
Users can enter applicable tax amounts; however, these values are not automatically included in the total, and the total amount must be adjusted manually to reflect the taxes.
Petro Canada Fuel Transaction Template Mapping
A new template mapping for Petro Canada has been added to support fuel transaction imports. A sample template is now available in the Import section, allowing users to follow the required format when uploading transactions for this vendor.
