QuickBooks Desktop Factoring Vendor & Description Format Enhancements
A new setting “Use Factoring Company As Vendor For QBD Sync ” under Settings→ Settlement section, has been added to allow Factoring Companies to be synced as Vendors in QuickBooks Desktop for brokerage loads.
When enabled, the factoring company address is displayed on carrier bills (that are added in carrier’s profile), improving accounting and payment workflows.
Additionally, A new setting, "Use format 'Load Number - Customer Load/Ref/Conf# in Description Field'", has been added in LS.
When enabled, transactions synced to QuickBooks Desktop will display the description using the format Load Number - Customer Load/Reference/Confirmation Number, providing improved visibility and reporting within QuickBooks.
Automatic Additional Pay Deduction from Partner Carrier Settlements
A new option has been added to Settlement Types that allows driver additional payments and reimbursements to be automatically deducted from the associated Partner Carrier Settlement. When the “newly added “Pass On to Partner Carrier Settlement” toggle is enabled for a settlement type,
any qualifying additional pay/balance added to a driver
TMS will automatically create a corresponding deduction for the partner carrier when the driver settlement is generated.

Partner Carrier Settlement’s Section
Note: When creating a driver balance using an additional pay category that is configured to be passed on to the partner carrier settlement, the system will display an enabled toggle indicating that a corresponding deduction will be created for the partner carrier.
This toggle is for informational purposes only and cannot be edited from the balance screen. Any changes to this behavior must be made in the Settlement Type configuration.
Customer Billing Instructions & Billing Contact Management
New fields have been added to the Customer Profile > Billing section to capture Billing Instructions.
Additionally, a new “Billing” option has been added to the Contact Type dropdown under the Contact Details tab, allowing users to store and manage dedicated billing contact information for each customer.
Revenue Column in Dispatch Manager
A new Revenue column has been added to the Dispatch Manager. The column is hidden by default and can be enabled when users need visibility into load revenue directly from the dispatch screen.
ePay Factoring Integration
We are now integrated with Epay factoring to allow brokers to send their factoring invoices for AR and AP via API integration.
The integration requires API credentials and customer/carrier mapping before transactions can be processed.
Users can map customers and carriers directly from the integration setup screen and monitor synchronization activity through detailed ePay logs.
Once configured, completed loads are automatically transmitted to ePay as separate Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions. New customers created in LoadStop can be automatically created and mapped in ePay, while carriers must be manually created and mapped. which supports sending invoice and bill data to ePay.
Driver & Carrier Dispatch Notes Visibility
Two new global settings, "Show Driver Notes in Dispatcher Screen" and "Show Carrier Notes in Dispatcher Screen", have been added under Load Settings.
When enabled, notes entered in the Driver Profile and Carrier Profile will automatically be displayed on the Dispatch Screen as Driver Dispatch Notes and Carrier Dispatch Notes, providing dispatchers with quick access to important operational information.
External Carrier Representative Management by agents
Agents can now create and edit External Carrier Representatives while brokering loads, eliminating the need to leave the workflow to maintain carrier contact information.
Driver Manager Assignment & Load Filtering
A new Driver Manager field has been added to the Driver Profile,
allowing users to assign a specific dispatcher or manager to each driver.
With this loads can now be filtered based on the assigned Driver Manager,
making it easier to manage workloads and quickly view loads associated with specific drivers and dispatchers.
Accessorials in Load Templates
Load Templates have been enhanced to support Accessorials. A new Accessorial button has been added to the template setup screen,
allowing users to add accessorial details directly to a template.
When a load is created using that template, the configured accessorials are automatically added to the load, reducing manual data entry and ensuring consistent billing and cost allocation.
DAT Team Driver Label for Truck Postings
A new Team Driver label has been added to DAT truck postings. When a truck requires a team of drivers, the system will now automatically display a team indicator on the DAT posting, helping brokers and carriers quickly identify team-driver requirements. This enhancement applies to truck postings on DAT and improves visibility for team-operated equipment.
DAT Preview:
User-Specific View Access Control
The Views feature has been enhanced to provide greater control over user access. When creating or editing a view, from the dispatch page,
users can now specify whether the view should be available to all users with selected exclusions, or restricted to only specific users. This allows organizations to manage visibility of custom views more effectively while ensuring that administrators retain access to all views across the system.
Empty Move Load Feature
A new Empty Move Load option has been added to the Load module for internal trailer repositioning movements that are not associated with any customer and are related to internal Dispatch operations. Users can create these loads using a dedicated Empty Move button,
eliminating the need to select a customer while still allowing standard load details such as booking authority, pickups, and deliveries to be recorded.
When an Empty Move Load is used, all miles on the load are treated as empty miles, and driver settlements are calculated using the driver's configured empty mile rate.
This feature helps accurately track and compensate drivers for trailer repositioning and other non-revenue generating movements.
Enhanced Load Export Report
The Load Export Report has been enhanced to include the Quantity, Weight, and Commodity fields. These columns are now available in both Export All to Excel and Export Most Recent to Excel options,
providing more complete load information for reporting and analysis.
Fast Track Toll Transaction Import
Support has been added for Fast Track toll transaction files in the Finance > Toll Transactions section.
Users can now import Fast Track toll transactions using a dedicated template mapping. A sample template is available for download, allowing users to review the required column structure and format before importing transaction data into the system.
