Enhancement Overview:
This release introduces several usability and workflow improvements. Users can now re-broker loads after modifications without errors, and fuel transactions are more accurately mapped to relevant loads with an enhanced logic that considers recent delivery activity. A new City column has been added to Fuel Purchases and IFTA for better visibility. The Toll Transactions module now includes a filter for Posting Date to aid in accurate reconciliation. To improve clarity, the "Need Driver" tab has been renamed to "Pre-Planned" across relevant screens. Additionally, a new setting automates the delivery milestone when the pickup location of the next load matches the delivery location of the previous load.

Re-Brokering Support After Load Modifications
Users can now resend a brokered load to the carrier after making updates such as changing the pickup location or other load details. If the load was previously accepted by the carrier, it will now appear in the "Updated" tab on the brokerage side with all changes applied elsewhere in the ” New” tab.
Enhanced Logic for Mapping Fuel Transactions to Loads
The system now includes improved logic to more accurately map fuel purchases under the “Missing Loads” tab. If a fuel transaction isn't mapped based on existing rules, it will now also search for past loads where the delivery date is after the fuel transaction date. Among multiple matches, the system will assign the fuel to the load with the nearest (most recent) delivery date. This ensures better alignment of fuel usage with actual load activity.
Fuel Purchases & IFTA – Added City Column for Easier Reference
A new City column has been added to both the Fuel Purchases and IFTA sections. This enhancement allows users to view the transaction city directly in the table without having to open each fuel transaction individually, improving efficiency and visibility for reporting and review.
Posting Date Filter Support in Toll Transactions
The system now supports filtering by Posting Date in the Toll Transactions module. This enhancement addresses reconciliation challenges with the fuel import portals and ensures accurate visibility of posting dates for accounting purposes.
"Need Driver" Tab Renamed to "Pre-Planned" for Clarity
To reduce confusion and better reflect the actual load status, the "Need Driver" tab has been renamed to "Pre-Planned" in both the Loads and Load Workflow sections. This change ensures more intuitive labeling and aligns with user expectations. The update has been applied consistently across all relevant UI elements, filters, and tab titles.
Automatic Delivery Event on Pickup Location Match
Automatic Delivery Event on Pickup Location Match A new setting called “Automatic Delivery Event on Pickup Location Match” has been introduced to improve milestone tracking in cases where a driver is delivering a load and picking up the next load from the same location.
When this setting is enabled, if "At Delivery" is triggered via tracking and the delivery location matches the pickup location of the next load assigned to the driver, the system will automatically mark the current load as Delivered and generate a new At Pickup message in tracking for the next load. This ensures accurate milestone updates even when both actions occur at the same location.
