We’ve added the ability to log and track manual check calls directly from the Loads Grid, including a CDL Issuance Date field in driver profiles for better experience tracking, enabled manual import of E-ZPass toll transactions, and Configurable settings to show/Hide Deactivated Assets in Filters. Users can now view Auto Quick Pay settings in the Dispatch and Settlement screens. Sparkle ELD integration now fetches GPS, HOS, odometer, and IFTA miles. New validation settings offer more control over when loads move to Invoices and when Invoices can be generated, improving accuracy and customization.

Separate tab for Check Calls
The check calls have been moved to a separate tab next to the milestones. In the Check calls the users will see Automated Check Calls and Manual Check Calls separately.
Automated Check Calls:
This tab will display Check Calls received from the Tracking Sources (Mobile App and ELD)
Manual Check Calls:
This tab will show the check calls manually added by a user in the TMS.
Add & Track Manual Check Calls from Loads Grid
Manual check call details are now visible in the Loads Grid with new columns: Manual Check Call, Manual Check Call Time, Automated Check Call, and Automated Check Call Date & Time. A button under the Manual Check Call column allows users to add check calls directly from the grid, and the most recent manual check call is displayed.
This helps dispatchers quickly view and log check calls without opening individual loads.
CDL Issuance Date Added to Driver Profile
A new field, “CDL issuance date,” is added to the driver's profile to record the original CDL issuance date.
This helps users assess a driver’s experience and assign equipment accordingly, based on how long the driver has held a CDL.
Manual Import Support for EZPass Toll Transactions
Users can now manually import E-ZPass toll transactions by navigating to:
Menu → Financials →Toll Transactions
and selecting "E-Z pass" from the Fuel Card Type dropdown in the Import Toll modal.
An accepted E-ZPass template is also available for download to ensure correct formatting.
This feature helps users keep accurate fuel expense records and up to date, even if automated syncing is not available.
Configurable Setting to Show/Hide Deactivated Assets in Filters
A new configurable setting named "Show Deactivated Drivers, Vehicles, and Trailers in the Filters" is added under Fleet Settings. This setting allows users to choose whether deactivated drivers, vehicles, and trailers should appear in filters on the Loads Module and Load Workflow page.
Toggle is enabled:
Toggle is disabled:
This applies to the Loads and Load Workflow pages, helping users reduce clutter and focus only on active resources as needed.
View Auto Quick Pay Configuration in Dispatch and Settlement Screens
Users can now view the Auto Quick Pay configuration directly on the Dispatch Modal and the Settlements Management Screen. This setting reflects the status of the toggle from the Carrier Profile (enabled or disabled).
Carrier’s profile configuration:
Dispatch modal:
Settlement module:
While the configuration is view-only in these areas, any changes to the Quick Pay setting must still be made from the Carrier Profile. This enhancement improves visibility and helps users make quicker and more informed dispatch and settlement decisions.
The users can also access the Carrier profile by clicking on the Edit icon.
Sparkle ELD Integration
We are now integrated with Sparkle ELD, which can be configured from Setup → Integrations → ELD Tracking.
Users can map their drivers, trailers, and vehicles to LoadStop by selecting Carrier and using an API key.
After mapping, users can:
View active load tracking in the Load module
Check Driver HOS Avail Hours via Fleet → Drivers
View vehicle odometer readings via Fleet → Vehicles
Fetch mileage data from the IFTA section directly from ELD if Sparkle is integrated.
This integration helps improve visibility into driver availability and vehicle movement, enabling more efficient dispatching and compliance tracking.
Validation Settings for Moving Loads to Invoices & Invoice Generation
Added enhanced validation controls in TMS that allow users to configure when a completed load should move to the Invoices module, and when an invoice can be generated, based on required documents.
Navigate to Settings → BOL/Confirmations, a new setting “Validate BOL Uploaded or not for displaying:” with three options (Never Validate, BOL Document Mandatory for both BOD, and Check Customer Level Setting) is added in the BOL section.
These settings define when a completed load moves to the Invoices Module from the Loads Module: either immediately (Never Validate), only after uploading required documents (Mandatory Document), or based on each customer’s billing settings (Check Customer Level).
Similarly, have a setting for POD:
Additionally, users can also control invoice generation based on required documents like BOL or POD. If marked mandatory, users will not be able to generate an invoice without uploading it if the load is in the invoice module
Users also have the option to apply this rule only to new customers or update existing customer profiles using the “Apply to Existing Customers” option.
This ensures accurate billing by preventing invoice creation without required documentation.
