Users can now import and map Fuel Purchase transactions against External Carriers using the Policy number.

Policy number can be entered from the setup—>integrations module by enabling the toggle “Enable multi policy mapping.”

All the fuel purchase transactions that have the policy number entered in the setup will be assigned to that External Carrier.

A new setting, “Create expense against fuel deducted from Driver/Carrier” in the Fuel Purchase section, has been added that allows users to choose whether or not to create an expense entry for fuel purchases that are marked as deductions.

A new permission, "Carrier Onboarding," has been added to the Agent/Agency profile.

If enabled, agents/agencies will have access to carrier onboarding options in the Fleet > Carriers section.

This permission will apply to RMIS, Highway, and MCP integrations.

Users can now set up multiple integrations with the same factoring company and the Same Carrier in LoadStop. To differentiate between these setups, an alias field has been made mandatory during configuration. This allows users to easily manage and identify each integration.

The most recent note added in the Truck/Driver profile will now be displayed in the Fleet Ops Calendar view.

Additionally, on the Dispatch modal, if a driver's time off overlaps with the load's pickup or delivery date, the driver's time off note will be shown for better visibility and planning.

Users with the Financial role can now search and view Load Documents directly from the Documents module.
