Settlement History Export Enhancements
The Export Report option is now available in both Partner Carrier Settlement History
and Carrier Settlement History tabs.
Additionally, a new Driver 1099/W2 filter has been added to the export report of driver settlement popup, allowing users to generate more targeted settlement reports.
Highway Carrier Status Override Option
In TMS a new option “override Dispatch” has been added to the Highway integration, allowing users to dispatch loads to carriers even when they are marked as disabled due to a failed Highway assessment.
A tooltip is displayed to inform users that enabling this option will override the synced carrier status and permit dispatching while assessment updates continue to sync from Highway.
Pickup Date and Carrier Bills Search Filters on Carrier Bills Page
The Carrier Bills page has been enhanced with new pickup date range filters, allowing users to quickly view and manage bills based on specific pickup periods, such as the last 30 days or a custom date range.
Additionally, the carrier page has new search filters, allowing users to quickly locate bills using Shipment B Number, PO Number, Delivery Number, or Pickup Number.
Relay Fuel Transaction Time Zone Conversion
A new setting has been added for the Relay Fuel integration to automatically convert incoming fuel transaction timestamps from UTC to the tenant’s configured system time zone.
Relay integration screen:
Tenant’s Settings:
This ensures fuel transactions display with the correct local date and time, improving reconciliation accuracy and reporting consistency.
Tenant-to-Tenant Load Sync Configuration Enhancements
New synchronization options have been added to the Load Stop Tenancy Sync section on both Customer and Carrier profiles for connected tenants. Users can choose which load updates—such as appointment changes, stop locations, accessorials, tracking milestones, documents, notes, and completion status—should be shared between tenants.
For synchronization to occur, the sending tenant must enable the desired options in the Carrier Profile > Load Stop Tenancy section,
and the receiving tenant must enable the corresponding options in the Customer Profile > Load Stop Tenant Sync section. Once enabled on both sides, the selected information will automatically sync between the connected tenants.
Rate Card Editing from Reconciliation Screen
Users can now edit driver and carrier rate cards directly from the Reconciliation screen without navigating to the profile setup pages. Any updates made to rate card values, such as mileage rates, are applied and saved immediately, providing a faster and more efficient reconciliation process.
