Passing Accessorials to Team Drivers
A new enhancement allows accessorial charges to be passed to a specific driver on team drivers loads. When creating an accessorial in a load and selecting “Pass on to the driver,” users can now choose from drop down whether the charge should be applied to the primary or secondary driver.
Once driver selected and amount details are entered, by clicking add to list accessorial will be shown in list with all details and even after adding in the list user can edit it.
This ensures accurate allocation of accessorials by creating separate balances for each driver on a team load, improving settlement accuracy and transparency.
Rate Confirmation Address Visibility Control
A new setting has been introduced for brokerage tenants to control address visibility on rate confirmations. When enabled, only the city and state are shown on the initial e-rate confirmation, and the complete address is revealed on the signed copy after the carrier accepts the confirmation.

This enhancement helps protect sensitive location details until the rate confirmation is formally accepted.
Highway Carrier Onboarding Status Override
A new override option allows dispatchers to bypass a disabled carrier status when the carrier is synced with Highway but has resolved the failing assessment. By enabling the “Override Dispatch” toggle on the carrier profile, brokers can continue dispatching loads to that carrier within the TMS.
Check Calls Visibility on Tracking Portal
Check calls are now visible on the tracking portal, showing the three most recent check calls by default, with a “See All” option to view all manual and automated check calls and filter them by source.
Users can also add new check calls directly from the tracking side:
Note: If any notes added to a check call are displayed on a separate line for better readability.
Carrier Bills & Carrier Settlements Enhancements
Brokerage-only tenants can now work with Carrier Bills and Carrier Settlements simultaneously, allowing greater flexibility in billing and payment workflows. A new feature-based setting, “Enable Multi-Load Bills on Carrier Module,” allows users to select multiple loads of the same carrier and create a single carrier bill from the Carrier Bills module. When enabled, users can select multiple loads, confirm bill creation via a popup, and generate one bill number shared across all selected loads.
All loads under the same bill are automatically linked to a single settlement, and selecting any load will auto-select the remaining loads tied to that bill.
Additionally, Loads belonging to different carriers are restricted, and the system prompts users accordingly.
To improve visibility and control, advanced filters have been added to the Carrier Bills module, including delivery date, approval status, carrier invoice availability, customer invoice status, and POD availability.
These filters help users quickly narrow down bills and loads based on operational and billing criteria.
Additionally, usability has been enhanced by adding clickable hyperlinks in the Carrier Bills grid. The Settlement ID is now clickable, allowing users to directly open the related settlement,
and the Carrier Invoice Reference Number is also hyperlinked, enabling users to view and update the invoice number directly from the grid without navigating into the bill or load.
LTL Trips Enabled for Brokerage-Only Tenants
A new configurable feature has been introduced for brokerage-only tenants to enable Trips functionality. When this feature is enabled, the LTL Trips option becomes available in Dispatch, allowing users to create and manage LTL trips directly as part of their brokerage operations.
Factoring Fee Column Added to Invoice Pill Tabs
The Invoices module has been enhanced to display the Factoring Fee column in both the Pending and Ready to Send pill tabs. This allows users to easily view the factoring fee applied to each load directly from the invoices grid, improving financial visibility and review.
