Enhancement Overview:

In this release several enhancements have been introduced to improve settlement compliance, fuel surcharge flexibility, and invoicing visibility. The SCA Hourly Settlement feature enables hourly wage–compliant settlements for drivers based on their home city and terminal details. The Fuel Matrix enhancement now allows users to calculate fuel surcharge using current week, previous week, or previous month average fuel prices. Additionally, Triumph integration improvements now display invoice upload status, allow filtering based on upload status, and provide an option to automatically create customer invoices when generating carrier bills.

Enhancement Summary:

  • SCA Hourly Settlement Feature

  • Fuel Matrix Price Period Selection Enhancement

  • Triumph Invoice Upload Status & Automatic Customer Invoice Creation

SCA Hourly Settlement Feature

A new SCA Hourly Settlement feature has been introduced to support hourly Service contract Act by US Department of Labor wage–compliant settlements. After enabling the “Enable SCA Hourly Wage Compliant Settlement” option in Settlement Settings, users can generate hourly-based settlements for drivers.

To use this feature, the driver’s Home City and Terminal must be entered in the Driver Profile under the Contact Info section.

Once the setup is complete, a new option will appear during settlement creation that allows users to generate an SCA Hourly Settlement for the selected driver.

Fuel Matrix Price Period Selection Enhancement

The Fuel Matrix has been enhanced to allow users to choose which fuel price period should be used for fuel surcharge calculations. The existing Weekly option has been renamed to “Weekly (Current)”, and two additional options “Weekly (Previous)” and “Previous Month Average” have been added.

When selected, the system will calculate the fuel surcharge using the respective previous week’s fuel surcharge price or the previous month’s average fuel price. This logic is applied across all fuel price categories in the Fuel Matrix.

Triumph Invoice Upload Status & Automatic Customer Invoice Creation

The system has been enhanced to improve visibility and control when working with Triumph Business Capital integration. A new setting has been added under Setup → Integrations → Carrier Pay → Triumph Business Capital called “Upon Upload Do not move customer invoice to Pending Payment.”

When this setting is enabled, invoices uploaded to Triumph will remain in the Ready to Send tab instead of automatically moving to Pending Payment.

Additionally, a new “Triumph BC Upload” column has been added to display the upload status of each invoice. This column will only be visible when the Triumph integration is configured, and users can also filter invoices based on the Triumph upload status.

Another enhancement has been added under Settings → Settlement → Carrier Billing with the setting “Automatically create customer invoice while creating carrier bill.” When enabled, the system will automatically generate a customer invoice at the time of creating a carrier bill.
