Customer Profile Notes Visibility to Drivers
A new setting “Show Customer Notes on the Mobile App/Driver Sheet/Driver Info”has been added to allow Customer Profile Notes to be shared with drivers. When enabled, these notes will be visible on the driver mobile app, included in the load information PDF, and also highlighted in the SMS load info link, ensuring drivers have important customer-related instructions during execution.
Mandatory PO Number Validation for Load Completion
The “Check PO Number for Load Completion” setting now ensures that a PO Number is required when marking a load as completed. If the PO Number is missing, the system will display a popup message and prevent completion. This validation is specifically performed against the first pickup stop in the load.
New Filters in Driver Time Off Requests
New filters for Driver Terminal and Carrier have been added in Driver Submissions → Driver Time Off Requests, allowing users to easily filter and manage requests based on terminal and carrier.
Preloaded Trailer Option in Load Creation and impact on FleetOps
A new Preloaded Trailer option has been added during load creation via a dropdown. When selected it will be assigned to a load,
and the trailer status will automatically update to “Loaded Ready for Pickup” in FleetOps.
Route Type Filter in Batch Settlements
A new filter has been added in Batch Settlements to allow users to create settlements based on the driver’s route type. Users can select a specific route type to fetch and process only the relevant records for batch settlement creation.
Breakthrough Fuel (BTF) Integration for Fuel Surcharge
A new Breakthrough Fuel (BTF) integration has been introduced to automatically update fuel surcharge on loads by fetching daily files via SFTP. Once configured in the Fuel cards/check section in integrations, with server details and carrier selection, the system pulls daily CSV files and applies fuel surcharge by matching the load’s reference number.
Setup:
Logs are available to track file fetch activity, and a flag is added in load data export to indicate if the fuel surcharge was applied via BTF instead of Matrix or manual entry.
The users can also view logs so and details of each record whether it was mapped or failed
Bulk Selection & Mark as Sent for Master Invoices
A bulk selection feature has been added for Master Invoices, allowing users to select and mark them as Sent/Confirmed similar to standard invoices. Once confirmed, invoices move from Ready to Send to Pending Payment.
Additionally, selecting one invoice within a master invoice will automatically select all associated records.
Driver Login Using Username and Password
A new login option has been added for drivers, allowing them to sign in to the Driver App using a username and password instead of a mobile number. These credentials are created and assigned by an administrator in the TMS and must be shared with the driver for access. This provides more flexibility and control over driver authentication.
