A new tab “Inbound to Yard” under Dispatch→load section, has been added to display loads that include a yard move, indicating that a driver needs to pick up a trailer and bring it to the yard. Once the trailer is marked as dropped at the yard, the load will automatically move from Inbound to Yard to the At Yard tab, ensuring accurate tracking of trailer movement

Custom Headers and Footers for Inspection Reports

A new option has been added to allow users to configure custom headers and footers for inspection reports. This setting is available under Main Settings → Fleet for both Trailer and Truck reports.

The configured header and footer will automatically appear on the generated inspection PDF reports in the Maintenance module.

Mileage Calculation Logic Update

A new setting “Only use the pickup end time to compare with the previous load” has been added to improve mileage calculation accuracy. When enabled, the system compares the delivery time of the current load with the pickup end time of the next load, ensuring a more accurate time comparison and better load sequencing. When disabled, the existing calculation logic will continue to apply.

Editing Accessorial for Invoiced Loads:

A new permission was introduced to allow specific users to edit accessorial or balances on loads even after an invoice has been created and sent to the customer. To enable this, under the setting→load "modify the stop or split and accessorial info" must be turned on,

and then the "edit accessorial for invoice loads" permission must be granted to the desired users in their user profiles.

Custom Daily Rate Label on Settlement PDF

A new option has been added to allow users to customize the “Daily Rate” label on the Settlement PDF. This setting “Rename the Daily Rate Label on Settlement” is available under the Settlement section and is turned off by default. Once configured, the updated label, will be reflected on the generated Settlement PDF.

Vehicle Filter in Settlement Management

A new filter “Select vehicle” has been added in the Settlement Management section to allow users to filter records based on assigned vehicles (trucks). This helps users quickly view and manage settlements specific to selected vehicles.

Minimum and Maximum Miles Filter on Load Screen

A new filter was added to the advanced filters section of the load screen, enabling users to filter loads based on minimum AND/OR maximum tender miles or kilometers.

Payment Notes on Settlement PDF

A new toggle has been added on the Dispatch modal to control the visibility of payment notes on the Settlement PDF. When this toggle is enabled, the payment notes will be displayed on the generated Settlement PDF.

Mandatory PO Number Check for Load Completion

A new setting “Check PO Number for Load Completion” has been added. When enabled, the system will prompt a warning if the PO Number is missing and will require the user to enter it before marking the load as Completed.

Accessorial & Fuel Surcharge Summary Display on Load Screen

The load screen now shows the combined total of Accessorial Charges and Fuel Surcharge in the green statistics section at the top. Only charges contributing to revenue are included in this total, while accessorials paid by the customer are excluded.

Duplicate Customer Validation Warning

The system now displays a warning when a user attempts to create a customer with a duplicate name, ID, or accounting integration ID. Users can review the existing customer details and decide whether to update the existing record or enter a different name for the new customer.

Carrier Bill Approval Required Before Triumph Upload

A new setting “Require approval before submitting carrier bills to brokerage factoring integrations” has been added. When this setting is enabled, carrier bills must be approved before they can be uploaded to factoring integrations such as Triumph otherwise it will give a pop-up.

Additional Load Details in FleetOps – Available Loads

The FleetOps → Available Loads section has been enhanced to display additional details, including Booking Terminal, Quantity, and Quantity Type. These fields are now visible as columns and are also shown when hovering over an assigned load, providing better visibility for planning and assignment.

Driver Shift Hours Display in FleetOps

A new feature has been added to track and display driver shift hours in FleetOps. If newly added toggle “Enable Driver Shift Timings” enabled, Users can configure the driver’s shift start time, total shift hours, and effective date in the Driver Profile. Based on this setup, FleetOps will display the driver’s shift duration in the daily view, helping users identify if a load extends beyond the driver’s working hours.

Load Info Sent Status Indicator in FleetOps

FleetOps now displays a small icon to indicate how load information was sent to the driver. A mobile app icon represents communication via the driver app, while an SMS icon indicates the load was sent via text message, improving visibility of communication status.

Shipper & Consignee Display in FleetOps

FleetOps has been enhanced to display the Shipper and Consignee names in the view, providing better visibility of load details during planning and dispatch.
