Enhanced Management for Driver Time-Off Requests
Users now have more control over Driver Time-Off Requests. Previously, requests could only be approved or rejected, but now approved requests can also be canceled if needed. New requests can be directly canceled without requiring approval.
Additionally, users can also cancel Time Off Requests from their Driver Profile.
Fuel Surcharge - Percentage-based matrix
Users now have the option to invoice to calculate Fuel Surcharge as a percentage of the invoice amount.
Navigate to Setup—>Matrices—>Create new matrix
Here for the Rate type users can choose an option “Invoice percentage” and create new matrix details.
The users will need to define a percentage value against the dollar amount as shown below.
In the Load page, when users select "Matrix Based" as the Fuel Surcharge Type and choose a predefined matrix from Setup, the system will automatically apply the matrix-based percentage to the load invoice based on that week’s Fuel surcharge price.
Invoice preview:
Previously, it was just calculated based on miles. This enhancement provides greater flexibility in surcharge calculations.
