CRM Location Permission Enhancement
A new permission has been added under the User Permissions section to control access for enabling or disabling CRM locations. Users or agents with this permission can now manage the active status of locations directly within the CRM.
.
Kilometer Display for Canadian Tenants on Mobile App
Now, all distance units can also appear in kilometers on the driver mobile app. This applies to load details as well as drivers submit maintenance expenses, ensuring consistency for Canadian operations.
Rate Confirmation and E-Rate Confirmation Email to Multiple Carriers
The system has been enhanced to allow users to send Rate Confirmation and E-Rate Confirmation PDFs to multiple carrier email addresses at the same time. When sending these emails, users can now select and add multiple email addresses available in the carrier profile, improving communication and ensuring all relevant carrier contacts receive the documents.
Per Mile Fuel Surcharge Calculation
A new option has been introduced to calculate Fuel Surcharge on a per mile basis at the load level. When selected, the system calculates the surcharge by multiplying the defined per mile rate with the tendered miles of the load, providing an additional method alongside flat and matrix-based calculations.
Lane-Based Accessorial Rate Configuration
A new enhancement allows users to define accessorial rates based on lanes, similar to linehaul lane rates. While creating an accessorial, users can configure details such as effective date range, add pickup and delivery information and choose to automatically apply the rate to loads ,enabling more flexible and automated pricing.
When a new load is created the system will match the lane on the load against the lane on the Accessorials added in the Customer’s profile. If the lane and Commodity math the accessorial will be automatically added on the load. Note, that this will only work if the toggle Automatically apply on load is enabled.
Custom Invoice Email Subject & Template
The system now allows users to customize the email subject and template when sending invoices. It first checks for configurations at the customer level, and if none are found, it defaults to the global settings, ensuring flexibility in communication.
