Auto Calculation of Fuel Surcharge Based on Fuel Matrix
A new setting “Auto Calculate Fuel Surcharge ” has been added under Settings > Customer.
When enabled, and if a Fuel Matrix is assigned to the customer, the system will automatically calculate the fuel surcharge for any new load created.
The fuel surcharge is recalculated automatically whenever the fee type or tendered miles are changed or the load status is changed to completion.
The system fetches the fuel average price from the U.S. portal based on the first pickup date of the load to ensure accurate calculation of fuel surcharge.
This applies to loads created manually, via templates, duplication, or through EDI.
Fuel matrix setup has also been enhanced—users can now select from all fuel price categories available on the U.S. portal, not just the national average, allowing for more region-specific and dynamic surcharge calculations.
Custom Invoice Footer Configuration and Remittance Bank Info
A new feature has been added that allows users to configure a custom footer for invoice PDFs. The footer can include formatted text, colors, images, and hyperlinks, and can be set up under the Invoice Settings section.
The custom footer will appear only on manually downloaded invoices and will not be included on invoices generated for factoring purposes, ensuring compliance with third-party requirements.
Remittance Bank Info:
The Remittance Bank details have also been added on all three templates of Invoice PDF. If the configurable to show Remittance Bank Info is enabled then we will display the details on the invoice PDF.
Power Only Trailer Option for Dispatching Loads
Users can now select a "Power Only" option from the trailer dropdown while dispatching a load and enter a trailer number.
This designation will be clearly displayed on the confirmation, driver mobile app, and in SMS load details, helping ensure accurate communication and tracking for power-only assignments.

ISAAC Integration
We are now integrated with ISAAC, which can be configured from Setup → Integrations → ELD Tracking.
Users can map their drivers, trailers, and vehicles to LoadStop by selecting Carrier, giving user username and password.
After mapping, users can:
View active load tracking in the Load module
Check Driver HOS Avail Hours via Fleet → Drivers
View vehicle odometer readings via Fleet → Vehicles
ELD miles from ISAAC will show on the Settlement screen based on existing TMS settings.
This integration helps improve visibility into driver availability and vehicle movement, enabling more efficient dispatching and compliance tracking.
