“Total” of loads at top of grid
A new “Total” box has been added in the Dispatch → Dispatch Manager and loads section. This provides a total amount of all loads in one place, allowing users to quickly review the amount without switching between individual loads .
This is a permission based feature so the users with the Show Load Total Amount on Grid will be able to view the total.

Dispatch Manager:
Early Load Completion for LTL Trips
A new configurable setting has been added under Global Settings → Loads that allows users to complete individual loads before the associated LTL trip is completed.
When enabled, dispatchers can manually complete loads as they are finished and proceed with invoicing without waiting for the entire LTL trip to be completed, providing greater operational flexibility.
Below load is completed, even trip is still in scheduled:
Not Invoiced Filter in Loads Module
A new “Not Invoiced” filter has been added to the Loads module, allowing users to easily view loads for which the invoice has not yet been sent to the customer. Loads with an invoice created but not sent will continue to appear in this view.
Multiple Agent Roles per Load with Independent Settlements
The agent functionality has been enhanced to allow assigning multiple internal agents to a single load, enabling brokers to manage different responsibilities on the same load.
Existing internal agents are now categorized as Brokerage Agents
and new internal agent types have been introduced, including Customer Rep, Carrier Rep, CSA/Tracking, Driver Rep, and Dispatcher Rep.
With this rename internal agents to Agency/Reps and when open this section can see all newly added types in types dropdown:
Note: Each agent type appears only in its relevant selection dropdown, simplifying assignment and management.
Settlement:
Agents can now have their own individual settlements(Navigate to settlement>Agents/rep settlement) calculated based on their assigned rate cards, while the settlement logic itself remains unchanged.
Note: Agents are assigned at the load level (not per split), and their rate cards apply to the first split only, ensuring payouts are calculated against the full load.
The carrier profile has also been updated (renamed: carrier to internal Carrier Representative) to clearly distinguish between external carrier contacts and internal carrier representatives, improving clarity in carrier communication and agent responsibility tracking.
Additionally, loads can be filtered by these new agent types for better visibility.
Dispatched Tab in Loads for Improved Pre-Planning
A new Dispatched tab has been added to the Loads module to improve dispatcher visibility and pre-planning. This enhancement is controlled by a new setting “Show Dispatched Pill tab in Loads”.
When enabled, loads that have been sent to the driver and accepted by the driver will appear in the Active pill tab, while loads that have been sent to the driver but not yet accepted by the driver will be shown separately in the new Dispatched pill tab, clearly distinguishing pre-dispatch activity from loads already in progress.
Enhanced Agent Permissions for Customer Rate Cards and Locations
New granular permissions have been added to agent profiles, allowing better control over access and actions. Agents can now be given view-only access to Customer Rate Cards, or be allowed to create, edit, and delete rate cards based on assigned permissions.
Trailer VIN Filter Added in Fleet Module
An enhancement has been added to the Fleet → Trailers section allowing users to search and filter trailers by VIN Number. Users can now enter a VIN in the filter/search option to quickly view and manage only the trailers that match the specified VIN, improving accuracy and ease of trailer lookup.
Broker Confirmed Tracking Toggle Added in Stop Info
A new “Broker Confirmed Tracking” toggle has been added in Dispatch → Stop Info, displayed next to the Tracking Status for brokered loads. This allows users to easily mark tracking as broker-confirmed, and the flag will automatically reset if the broker dispatch is removed or changed.
