2. Settlements History - Option to download SCI Payroll File
An option has been added to download the SCI Payroll file in Settlements History.
Settlements > Settlements History > Download Payroll Files
When the user clicks on the “SCI Payroll file” option, a new window opens where they can select the date range and the carrier name.
Once the user clicks on the Save button, all the entries between the selected date range are exported. The exported entries will be based on the pay period date mentioned in the settlement. If the transaction does not fall within the set pay period date range, it will not be included in the exported file
3. Settlement - Net Pay to Gross Pay
In the settlements module, Net Pay has been relabeled as “Gross Pay”. These changes have been applied to the
Company Driver Settlements
Owner Operator Settlements
External Carrier Settlements
Partner Carrier Settlements
Agent Settlements
Agency Settlements
4. Sending Email from User's Personal Email Address
Users can now send emails from their own personal email address.
To enable this, a setting has been added to the global settings.
Main Menu > Settings > General
If toggled on then emails will be sent using the Email SMTP set on the user level instead of global SMTP.
Note: This change is applied to the brokerage only tenants.
5. Partner Carrier Override Pay
Users can now override the partner carrier pay.
Dispatch > Loads > Dispatch Load
An input field called Override Partner Carrier Pay and a toggle Apply Load Rev % towards Override Pay have been added to the loads’ dispatch screen. It uses the same logic as that of Override Driver Pay.
If the user inputs a value in Override Partner Carrier pay, the TMS overrides the rate card and uses the amount from the Override Partner Carrier pay input box.
If the toggle Apply Load Rev % towards Override Pay is on then the percentage to the value entered in Override Partner Carrier Pay is applied.
6. Split Revenue
Users are now able to view the revenue against each split (if available).
Dispatch > Loads > Load Information
When the user clicks on Split Revenue, a pop-up is displayed with an input box against each split where the user will assign revenue. If the primary fee is changed and it becomes less than the sum of split revenue assigned then an alert is displayed to the user: “Primary Fee is less than Total Split Revenue ( total split revenue). Please Readjust Split Revenue Amount first before changing the Primary Fee”.
7. Full amount in Settlement for Com Check/ EFS Check
Users can now choose to add the full amount of the Com Check/EFS Check instead of the used amount by the driver. To enable this, an option has been added to the settlements settings.
Main Menu > Global Settings > Settlements
When the user is adding Com Check/EFS Check transactions from the list of deductions while creating a settlement, and the toggle is on, the system allows the user to “Revert to partial deduction”, and when the toggle is off, the system allows the user to “Add full Com check/ EFS check amount”
8. Broker Profit - Reference field addition
A new reference field for Broker Profit has been added in the Dispatch module Grid for the brokerage only tenants. Also, the column “Amt” has been relabeled to “Rev” for Revenue.
Dispatch > Loads
The broker revenue is calculated by the following formula:
Broker Revenue = (Primary Fee + Fuel Surcharge + invoiced accessorials + Adjustments) - External Carrier Total Settlement
The broker profit is also added to the load level as “Profit”.
9. Booking Authority to be On By Default on Confirmation
The “Show Booking Authority” toggle is now on by default for the confirmation email and e-rate confirmation email.
