Fullbay Maintenance Integration
A new integration, “Fullbay,” has been introduced to streamline maintenance data synchronization between Fullbay and LoadStop.
Navigate to Menu —> Setup —> Integrations —> Maintenance —> Fullbay
Users are required to select the carrier, provide the Fullbay API key, and map the relevant customers for whom the data will be pulled.
Once the integration is active, invoices from Fullbay are automatically pulled daily, generating corresponding Maintenance Bills and Maintenance Logs in LoadStop. A single maintenance bill can contain multiple maintenance logs.
To ensure accurate logging, LoadStop requires each maintenance log to be linked with a Maintenance Type.
A mapping screen has been introduced to facilitate this. Unmapped logs appear under the "Unmapped" tab.
Users can map these logs by selecting the appropriate LoadStop Maintenance Type from the dropdown or by creating a new type directly from the interface.
The system will prompt the user whether the selected type should apply to all future logs with the same Correction Title from Fullbay. If confirmed, the mapping is saved and reused automatically for all similar future entries, ensuring consistent and efficient maintenance data management.
Enhanced Handling of Completed TONU Loads for Miles Calculation and Settlements
When dispatching a new load after a completed TONU load, the system will now consider the pickup location of the completed TONU load as the last known location instead of the delivery location of TONU.
Additionally, in FleetOps and for Pre-planned loads driver’s last location will be considered as the pickup location of the completed TONU load instead of the delivery location.
This update ensures accurate empty mile calculations for subsequent loads and eliminates manual adjustments.
Carrier Representative Display on Confirmation PDF
When generating a confirmation for a brokered load, the system will now display the Carrier Representative selected on the Broker modal. This ensures that the contact information (Name, Email, Phone, Fax) shown on the confirmation PDF reflects the representative actively
Carrier Onboarding Multiple Integration Restriction
The system now restricts users from setting up multiple Carrier Onboarding integrations simultaneously. If an active integration already exists, attempting to create a new one—regardless of the partner—will display a message: "You can not set up multiple Carrier Onboarding Integrations."
