Release 75.0.21

Enhancements Overview:

This release brings several key enhancements across document automation, load workflows, and integrations. Users can now auto-email approved driver documents based on configurable settings, view deactivated assets across additional modules, and experience improved credit limit validation during load creation and edits. We've also added support for ADA integration and included DOT and MC numbers on broker confirmations, providing greater control and transparency across operations.

Enhancements Summary:

  • Auto-Email Approved Driver Documents Based on Configuration

  • Visibility of Deactivated Assets Across Modules

  • Updated Credit Limit Validation Logic for Load Creation and Edits

  • ADA Integration

  • DOT & MC Numbers on Broker Confirmation

Auto-Email Approved Driver Documents Based on Configuration

When the existing setting “Use Queue for Mobile App Documents” is enabled, a new option “Automatically Email Documents After Approval” becomes available.

If this toggle is also enabled, users can configure document auto-email preferences under Setup > Document Type for load documents. Three new options will appear:

  1. Automatically Send Document To Customer After Approval

  2. Automatically Send Document To Carrier After Approval

  3. Automatically Send the Document To the Shipper And Consignee After Approval

Once a driver-submitted document is approved, the system will automatically email the document based on the enabled toggles:

  • Customer Email: Sent to the contact listed under the Contact tab in the Customer Profile. If no email is added there, the system will send it to the email listed under the Driver's Profile > Details tab.

  • Carrier Email: Sent to the carrier listed in the load.

  • Shipper & Consignee Email: Sent to the view location(edit shipper/ consignee) email addresses for the first pickup and last delivery stops (in case of multi-stop loads).

This feature helps streamline document sharing by automatically notifying relevant parties without manual intervention.

Visibility of Deactivated Assets Across Modules

If the "Show Deactivated Drivers, Vehicles and Trailers in the Filters" setting under Fleet is enabled, deactivated drivers, vehicles, and trailers will now be visible in filters across the following modules:

FleetOps, Invoices, Global Documents, Maintenance Logs and Bills, DOT Inspections, and Fuel Purchases.

As shown in the screenshots of some modules below.

FleetOps:

Invoices

This allows users to easily access and manage records related to inactive assets when needed.

Updated Credit Limit Validation Logic for Load Creation and Edits

The system now performs enhanced credit limit checks during load creation and edits. At the time of load creation, it validates whether the Primary Fee + Fuel Surcharge exceeds the customer's available credit limit and shows a warning if configured to do so.

Upon editing an existing load, the validation also includes Accessorials and Adjustments with Primary fee and fuel surcharge to ensure more accurate financial control.

ADA Integration

We are now integrated with ADA, which can be configured from Setup → Integrations → ELD Tracking.

Users can map their drivers, trailers, and vehicles to LoadStop by selecting Carrier and using API key

After mapping, users can:

  • View active load tracking in the Load module

  • Check Driver HOS Avail Hours via Fleet → Drivers

DOT & MC Numbers on Broker Confirmation

Broker confirmations for brokered loads will now display the DOT and MC numbers of both the Booking Authority and the External Carrier, providing greater transparency and regulatory clarity for all parties involved.
