Release 75.0.24

Enhancements Overview:

This release introduces several configuration-based enhancements to improve control, visibility, and traceability across modules. Admins can now manage agent permissions for creating, editing, or deleting carrier balances. Company drivers will see the customer name and reference number directly in the mobile app, enhancing load clarity. Additionally, BOL and confirmation footers can now be customized per customer profile, and fuel matrix history is now tracked and viewable, offering better transparency for fuel surcharge calculations.

Summary:

  • Agents Permissions for Carrier Balances

  • Show Customer Name and Load/Ref# in Driver App

  • Customer-Specific BOL/Confirmation Footer

  • Fuel Matrix Historical Data Tracking

Agent Permissions for Carrier Balances

A new permission control has been added to restrict or allow agents to create, edit, or delete carrier balances. Now, admins can configure these permissions under the Agent Profile—> Permissions tab under the financial section.

If permission is granted, agents will be able to create, edit or delete the balance in the financial module and will also be able to create balances for specific broker loads directly from the load modal.

This enhancement applies to both internal and external agents, giving more control and security over financial data management.

Show Customer Name and Load/Ref# in Driver App

A new configurable setting called "Company Drivers - Show Customer Name and Customer Load/Ref#" has been added under system settings. When enabled, Company drivers using the mobile app will be able to see the Customer Name and Customer Load/Ref# for their assigned loads. This improves visibility and clarity for drivers handling customer-specific shipments.

Customer-Specific BOL/Confirmation Footer

A new configuration has been added, allowing users to define a footer section for Rate/eRate Confirmation and BOL within the Customer Profile. If a footer is set at the customer level, it will override the global footer setting for these documents. If no footer is configured in the customer profile, the system will use the global footer instead.

Fuel Matrix Historical Data Tracking

Users can now view historical fuel price data in the Fuel Matrix > History tab. The system will store and display the weekly fuel prices used for calculations, allowing users to track changes over time and reference past fuel averages.
