Expert Fuel Integration
An Expert Fuel integration has been introduced to provide optimized fuel routing for drivers.
Navigate to: Main manu—>Setup —> Integrations—> Fuel Optimization
Click on Trimble, a new window will open to add integration details.
When setup is completed, integration is enabled, and a load is dispatched, the driver will be prompted in the app to enter the vehicle’s fuel level upon accepting the load.
Based on the integration setup parameters, such as stop type, route type, and DEF settings, etc., the system will generate an optimized route with recommended fuel stations along the way on the driver app.
In addition to automatic optimization, users can also manually update route details if any changes occur (e.g., a stop modification). A new Fuel Optimization tab has been added within the load, where users can enter missing information (Starting Fuel level) and send requests to Expert Fuel.
The optimized route details will be displayed on the same page, and users can send them directly to the driver.
This enhancement ensures smarter fuel planning, reduces costs, and provides drivers with more efficient route guidance.
Brokered Load Carrier Deletion with Cancellation Email
When a brokered load is assigned to an external carrier and after that the carrier is deleted, a confirmation window will now appear. Upon selecting Yes, an email form will open, allowing the user to enter details and send a cancellation email to the intended recipient with Zeroed out all rates in PDF.
This enhancement ensures proper communication with carriers while maintaining accurate load and rate records.
IP Restrictions for Agent/Agency Profiles
A new security feature has been added to Agent and Agency profiles that allows admins to define specific IP addresses for login access.
Agents and agencies will only be able to log in from the configured IPs, preventing access from unauthorized locations and enhancing account security.
Termination Reason Code Configuration
A new “+ Create New” link has been added under the Termination Reason Code dropdown in Fleet > Driver Profile, allowing users to create new termination reason codes directly from the driver's profile.
Additionally, a configurable option “Make Termination Reason Code Required” has been introduced in Fleet Settings. When this toggle is enabled, selecting a termination reason code becomes mandatory. If disabled, the default value will be Other, and providing a termination reason will remain optional.
This enhancement streamlines reason code management and gives admins more control over driver termination documentation.
Load Posting with Address Details and Manual Rate Entry
When posting a load, the system will now display city, state, and ZIP code along with pickup and delivery details, ensuring more accurate location information.
Additionally, the rate field will not auto-populate with the primary fee; users must manually enter the rate before posting the load.
This enhancement improves posting accuracy and prevents potential errors.
Driver Terminal Column in Loads Workflow and Module
A new “Driver Terminal” column has been added to both the Loads Workflow and the Loads Module. When a local terminal is set at the driver level, users can now search and filter loads based on the driver terminal.
Loads Module:

This enhancement makes it easier to view and manage all load splits associated with a specific driver terminal.
Additional Columns in Driver Expenses
The Driver Expenses section has been enhanced with new columns to improve visibility and decision-making.
The following fields are now available: Expense Incur Date to track when the expense was incurred, Reason for Rejection to provide transparency on rejected expenses, and Vehicle Number to associate each expense with the corresponding truck.
These additions enhance clarity, accuracy, and accountability in managing driver expenses.
Team Driver Edit Option
Users can now edit driver teams directly from both the primary and secondary driver profiles as well as from the global driver teams section.
This provides greater flexibility and ease in managing team assignments for drivers.
Carrier Filter in Driver Chat Panel
A new Carrier filter has been added to the Driver Chat panel. Users can now filter and view drivers based on the selected carrier, instead of seeing all drivers from Managed Authority, External Carriers, and Dispatch Service at once.
This enhancement improves usability and makes it easier to locate and communicate with the right drivers.
Revenue Allocation Settings for Split Loads
Two new settings have been introduced to improve revenue management for split loads:
Setting “Automatically Create Split Load Revenue”, When enabled, revenue will be automatically calculated against each split upon load completion. Any updates to dispatch info, primary fee, or fee type will also trigger automatic recalculation of split revenues.
Setting “Allocate Based on Brokerage First and Then Mileage”, when enabled, revenue allocation prioritizes brokered splits. The carrier pay (Linehaul + Additional Pay) for brokered splits will be directly assigned as revenue to the respective brokered split, and this amount is deducted from the total revenue. The remaining revenue is then distributed among dispatched splits based on mileage, using a per-mile rate calculation.
These enhancements provide more accurate and automated revenue allocation, reducing manual adjustments and ensuring financial consistency.
Configurable Automatic Document Sending
The automatic emailing of approved driver documents has been enhanced with new configurability at both the global and customer levels. When “Automatically Send Document To Customer After Approval” is enabled (Setup > Document Types), a newly added toggle “Send to All Customers” will be shown. If turned on, the selected document type will be sent to all customers automatically after approval.
If the “Send to All Customers” toggle is off, document sending will be controlled by a new customer-level setting: “Automatically send Load documents to this customer after approval”, available in the customer profile.
This enhancement provides greater control and aligns document delivery with individual customer preferences.
Partially Paid Invoices Tab
A new “Partially Paid” tab has been added in the Invoices module. Invoices that have received a partial payment but are not yet closed will now appear under this tab, providing clearer visibility and easier tracking of outstanding balances.
Optional Fields and “None” Option in Accident Module
In the Accident module, a “None” option has been added to the dropdown fields Collision, Non-Collision, Classify the Case, and Injury/Type of Illness. The Trailer field has also been updated to be optional instead of mandatory.
This enhancement ensures users can accurately record accidents/incidents in cases where certain details do not apply, improving both flexibility and data accuracy.
Configurable Carrier and Equipment Information on BOL
Two new configurable settings, “Show Carrier Information on the BOL” and “Show Equipment Information on the BOL,” have been added under Menu > Settings > BOL/Confirmations. As per the configuration, the information will be displayed on the BOL PDF.
Multi-Currency Support for Driver, Carrier, and Partner Rate Cards with Settlement Validation
A new enhancement has been introduced to support multi-currency handling for Drivers, External Carriers, and Partner Carriers. A Currency selection dropdown has been added in their respective Rate Card sections. This option will only appear if the existing setting “Enable Multi-Currency Support” is enabled.
The selected Currency will now be copied into the Settlement tab at the load level, where users will also have the ability to overwrite it if needed.
To maintain consistency, users will be restricted from creating settlements if selected loads have mixed currencies (CAD and USD). In such cases, the system will display the message: “Can not create a settlement with loads having different currencies.”
The chosen Currency type will be reflected i the Settlement PDF.
User-Level Permission for Load Rate Visibility
A new permission, “Show load rates,” has been added to control load rate visibility at the user level. If the permission is enabled, the user will be able to view rate details, including rate, flat rate, revenue, fee type, currency, primary fees, and fuel surcharge type/amount. These fields will also be visible in the Load Module, Dispatch Manager, and Load Workflow grids. If the permission is not granted, all these fields will remain hidden.
Enabled:
Disabled:
These fields will also be visible in the Load Module, Dispatch Manager, and Load Workflow grids only if the permission is granted; otherwise, all these fields will remain hidden.
Enhanced Rate Card Setup in Customer Profile
Users can now set up rate cards in the Customer Profile with more flexibility. Rate cards can be created by pickup location only and with the option to select a van type or apply to all van types.
An optional Rate Card name field has also been added so you can easily identify and manage specific lanes when calculating rates.
When calculating rates, the system now checks against the minimum charge defined in the rate card. If the calculated rate is lower than the minimum charge, the minimum charge will be applied instead.
Note: When a load is created, the system automatically matches it with the most relevant customer rate card to calculate the primary fee. The matching logic works by checking the load’s origin, destination, and van type against the available rate cards. If both origin and destination, along with a van type, are defined, the system will use that specific rate card. If only the origin and van type are defined, it will use that setup without requiring a destination. In cases where the van type is set to “All,” the system will apply the rate card regardless of the Van, either for a specific lane or just the origin.
These updates make it easier to configure accurate and flexible rate cards, ensuring proper handling of equipment-specific, location-based, and distance-based pricing scenarios.
Driver Chat Permission for Agents and Agencies
A new permission has been added in the Agent/Agency profile for Driver Chat. When this permission is enabled, the agent or agency will be able to send messages to their assigned drivers directly through the chat panel. If the permission is not enabled, the chat option will remain restricted.
Enhanced Communication and Document Generation for Local Trips
New options have been added for Local Trips to improve communication and documentation. Users can now send Local Trip details via SMS, which includes a link that opens the complete load information.
Additionally, a button has been introduced to generate the Confirmation/BOL for Local Trips, along with another button to generate the Driver Sheet.
These enhancements ensure easier sharing of trip details and quick access to required documents.
