Enhancements Overview:

This release includes key enhancements to streamline invoicing, tracking, and LTL trip handling. A new setting allows users to use the delivery date as the invoice and posting date for both PDF and QuickBooks sync. The tracking section now supports additional filters like van type and booking terminal for improved load monitoring. Users can also configure tab visibility in the Load Workflow to tailor their view. For LTL trips, consecutive identical pickup or delivery stops at the same location are now consolidated on documents, and for per-stop driver pay, such stops are treated as a single stop to ensure accurate settlement.

Summary:

  • New Setting to Use Delivery Date as Invoice and Posting Date

  • Additional Filters in the Tracking section

  • Pill Tab Visibility Configuration in Load Workflow

  • Consolidation of Consecutive Identical Stops for LTL Trips

  • Consolidation of Pickup/Delivery Stops for Per-Stop Driver Pay on LTL Trips

New Setting to Use Delivery Date as Invoice and Posting Date

A new setting “Delivery Date” has been added to allow users to set the Invoice Date and Account Posting Date based on the Last stop Delivery Date of the load. When this option is selected, both the Invoice PDF and the accounting integration (e.g., QuickBooks) will reflect the last delivery stop date as the official invoice date.

This enhancement provides greater flexibility and alignment with customer billing preferences, especially for workflows where the delivery date is the key billing trigger.

Additional Filters in the Tracking section

Users can now apply enhanced filtering in the Tracking section. The update includes:

  • Van Type: All van types available on the Load screen are now included in the filter options.

  • Booking Terminal: Users can filter tracked loads based on the assigned booking terminal.

These new filters help users customize and narrow down views for better visibility and control over tracked loads.

Pill Tab Visibility Configuration in Load Workflow

A new "Pill Tab Visibility" configuration option has been added to the Load Workflow screen, allowing users to control the visibility of specific tabs. Users can click on the gear icon within the Load Workflow screen. From there, they can selectively show or hide individual tabs, providing a cleaner, role-based experience.

Consolidation of Consecutive Identical Stops for LTL Trips

For LTL trips with multiple consecutive pickup or delivery stops at the same location, these stops will now be combined into a single stop on the following documents and communications:

  • Confirmation

  • BOL (Bill of Lading)

  • Driver SMS Link Info

  • Driver App

If the combined stops have different values for fields like Customer Load/Ref/Conf #, Shipment BOL #, PO #, PRO #, Pickup #, Seal #, Container #, Chassis #, Route Name, Instructions, or Customer Trailer #, those values will be displayed as comma-separated entries under the relevant field.

This enhancement simplifies load documentation for the driver and improves clarity while preserving all necessary data.

Consolidation of Pickup/Delivery Stops for Per-Stop Driver Pay on LTL Trips

When generating settlements for LTL trips where the driver is paid per stop, the system will now check for multiple consecutive pickup or delivery stops at the same location. If found, those stops will be counted as a single stop to calculate per-stop pay.

This enhancement ensures fair and accurate compensation by preventing duplicate pay for repeated stops at the same location during LTL trips.
