Summary

Enhanced Escrow Account Summary in Settlements

The Escrow Account Summary will now also display the remaining amount pending to be deducted from the Driver Settlements and can be credited in the Escrow Account of the driver.

The amount will only show up for Escrow accounts that have a Credit Limit on them. If there is no limit then it will show “No Limit”.

Note: If an escrow account has no balance limit, it will show as “No Limit”.

Support for Decimal Quantity in Load

When selecting the "Per Quantity" fee type in a load, users can now enter quantity values in decimals for more precise billing.

Show Vehicle and Trailer Number on Load Confirmation

Vehicle and trailer numbers will now be displayed on the Load Confirmation PDF. Note that this change only applies to Template-2

Straight Truck, Sprinter Van, and Cargo Van options are available in the Van type drop-down for trailer type selection

Three new trailer types, Straight Truck, Sprinter Van, and Cargo Van, have been added in LS. These options will now appear in the Van Type dropdown when creating a load

and are also included in the Trailer Profile.

Show Customer and BOL/Ref# on Driver Sheet and SMS

A new setting "Company Drivers - Show Customer name and Customer BOL/Ref#" has been added. If this toggle is enabled, the Customer Name and Customer Reference Number will be displayed on both the Driver Sheet and SMS Load Info.

Manage Balances for Inactive Drivers

An enhancement has been made to allow balances to be created for inactive drivers. When creating a balance, the driver’s name will be automatically pre-populated. Additionally, even if a settlement has already been generated, users can still add additional pay or deductions for the driver.
