Settlement PDF – Load Amount and Rate Per Mile

By enabling the Show Total Load Amount and Show Rate Per Mile setting,

The Owner Operator (OO) Settlement PDF will display the total load amount and the rate per mile.

The rate per mile is automatically calculated by dividing the total load amount by the total miles, providing a clearer and more detailed settlement breakdown.

Partial Pay for Company Drivers

A new Partial Pay option has been added for Company Driver Settlements.

When this option is enabled, the user will see the button to add partial pay and can enter the driver's current location while the load is still in transit by clicking the add miles option for a concerned load.

The system automatically calculates the miles driven from the pickup location using PC*Miler or Google Maps and creates a partial payment as additional pay in the current settlement.

At the same time, an equal amount with deduction is automatically created in the next settlement to offset the advance, ensuring the remaining balance is paid correctly once the load is completed.

This provides greater flexibility for processing driver payments before load completion.

Years of Experience Column in Driver Grid

A New Years of Experience column has been added to the Driver grid, allowing users to view each driver's experience directly from the grid without opening the driver profile.

This improves visibility and makes driver information more accessible.

Managed Authority Visibility in Carrier Booking

A new setting has been added to the Carrier Profile that allows users to control the visibility of Managed Authority carriers in the Booking dropdown.

When this setting is enabled, the selected managed authority will be hidden from the booking list, preventing users from booking loads under that authority while still allowing loads to be dispatched under it when required.

Hide Stop Window Dates in Customer-Facing Documents

A new configuration has been added to the PDF Settings that allows users to control the visibility of Stop Window Dates. When enabled, the system will hide Stop Window Dates from Rate Confirmation PDFs, SMS notifications, and mobile tracking links, providing greater flexibility in the information shared with customers and carriers.

When enabled, the system will hide Stop Window Dates from Rate Confirmation PDFs, SMS notifications, and mobile tracking links, providing greater flexibility in the information shared with customers and carriers.

Waypoint Support in Load Import Template

The Load Import Template has been enhanced to support Waypoints. Users can now add waypoint details directly in the import template by placing each waypoint before its associated stop, following the same sequence and logic used in the LoadStop user interface. This ensures imported loads accurately reflect the intended route structure.

Default Document Categories for Partner Carriers

Partner Carrier profiles now automatically include three default document categories: Contracts, W-9, and Direct Deposit. Users can continue to create and manage additional custom document categories as needed, making document organization faster and more consistent.

Bulk Delete for Unpaid Settlement Deductions and Reimbursements

Users can now select and delete multiple unpaid settlement deductions and reimbursements in a single action. To ensure optimal system performance, bulk deletion is supported for up to five records at a time, making settlement management faster and more efficient.

Customer-Based EDI & API Load Notifications for Sales Agents

A new setting has been added to the User Profile to control EDI and API load notifications for Sales Agents.

When this setting is enabled, Sales Agents will receive notifications only for incoming EDI and API loads related to the customers assigned to them in the CRM, helping ensure notifications remain relevant to their assigned accounts.

Embedded Team Driver Assignment in Unit Assignment

The Unit Assignment tab has been enhanced to support embedded team driver management. Users can now assign or update the secondary driver and vehicle assignments directly from the driver profile, eliminating the need to navigate between multiple sections and simplifying team driver management.

Update Existing Loads via Load Import Template

The Load Import Template has been enhanced to support updating existing loads. When an imported file contains a Load Number that already exists in the TMS, the system will update the existing load with the imported information instead of creating a duplicate, making bulk load maintenance faster and more efficient.

Bulk Import for Driver Login Credentials

The Driver Import Template has been enhanced to support Username and Password fields. Users can now import driver login credentials in bulk, making it easier to configure username and password access for multiple drivers at once and simplifying onboarding.

By entering information of username and password, can import template in TMS

Independent Permission for Driver Submissions

A new Driver Submissions permission has been added under User Permissions. This permission is now managed independently from general document permissions, allowing administrators to grant users access to view, manage, and approve driver-submitted documents without providing access to all system documents. This improves permission control while maintaining secure access to driver submissions.

Global Rate Cards Enhancement

A new Global Rate Cards module under setup has been introduced to simplify rate management across multiple customers by allowing administrators to create a single rate card and assign it to multiple customer profiles.

When enabled through Global Settings, the system first checks for a matching customer-specific rate and, if none exists, automatically evaluates Global Rate Cards based on an exact match of the configured criteria, such as lane, commodity, and van type.

To allow the system to automatically apply the appropriate rate, the Primary Fee must be entered as 0 when creating or importing a load

If no exact match is found, users can manually select a rate using the Rate Calculator, which displays the closest available matching rate cards.

Driver Management Permissions For Agents

New permissions have been added to allow administrators to control whether internal agents can create, edit, or delete driver records. These permissions can be configured within the agent profile and are enforced across the Fleet section and the Dispatch screen, providing greater control over driver management.

When permission are granted, agent can create and edit drivers.

Target Rate Validation

A new Target Rate validation feature has been added to help control carrier costs during dispatch. Administrators can grant a new Edit Target Rate on Load permission to control which users/agent can modify the Target Rate field, while users without this permission will have read-only access.

The existing setting Carrier Pay Exceeds at Dispatch with extension of “compare with Target Rate” has also been enhanced with three configurable actions:

Do Nothing,

Show Warning Only (requiring an override reason before saving),

or Block Dispatch,

which prevents the load from being dispatched when the carrier pay exceeds the configured Target Rate.

Tendered Miles & To Be Broker Loads Filters

A new "Tendered Miles" column and range-based filtering options have been added to the Loads and Dispatch modules.

Dispatch Manager:

Load workflow:

Additionally the users can now mark the loads as “To be brokered”. This field has been added in load details, and as a filter on dispatch, load workflow and dispatch manager pages to allow users to filter out loads that are required to be brokered.

And on dispatch page to apply filter on loads:

Fuel Purchase Configuration

A new "Allow Express Check for Invoice Loads" setting has been added to the Fuel Purchase Configuration.

When this setting is disabled, users will not be able to issue EFS or Comdata checks for loads that have already been invoiced in the TMS. This setting is disabled by

default and can be enabled based on business requirements.

BTF Fuel Surcharge Validation and Manual File Upload

A validation has been added to prevent BTF Fuel Surcharge charges from being populated when duplicate Customer Load Reference Numbers are detected, ensuring accurate surcharge calculations.

Additionally, users can now manually upload Fuel Surcharge files in CSV or .dat format directly from the Load section if they are not using a BTF integration.

Users can also enable email notifications to receive an update once the upload process is completed.

Quick Access to Trailer and Fleet Tracking Map

A new Tracking Map icon has been added to the Fleet and Trailer Pool modules. Users can now open the tracking map directly for a specific truck or trailer, providing quick access to its current location without navigating to a separate tracking screen.

Mandatory Pickup Number During Load Creation

A new configuration has been added to make the Pickup Number field mandatory during Load Creation. When this setting is enabled, users must enter a Pickup Number before saving the load, ensuring all required pickup information is captured consistently.

Enhanced Hourly Wage Settlement Details

The Hourly Wage Settlement has been enhanced to provide a more detailed breakdown of trip information. The settlement now displays the From and To locations for both Empty and Loaded moves, along with the corresponding Empty Miles, Loaded Miles, Hours, and the PSA Health & Welfare line item.

This provides a clearer and more comprehensive settlement summary for hourly wage calculations.

Driver App Logs for Load Build Submissions

The Driver App now includes Load Build submission logs, allowing drivers to view the status of their submissions. If a submission fails, the app will display the reason for the failure, helping drivers identify and resolve issues more quickly.
