Separate Tabs for Pending & Partially Paid Invoices in Accounts Receivable
In Financial → Accounts Receivable → By Invoice, two separate tabs have now been introduced in “by invoice” section to improve visibility and tracking of invoices:
Pending Payments – Displays all invoices with unpaid balances.
Partially Paid – Shows all invoices that have been partially paid but not yet closed.
Users can switch between these tabs to easily view and manage both pending and partially paid amounts. This update ensures complete transparency of outstanding receivables.
Claims Module Revamp
The Claims module has been completely redesigned with a modernized layout and expanded functionality.
Key improvements include:
New multi-tab structure for easier claim creation and navigation, i.e. General Info, Accident Details, Auto Liability, Cargo, Physical Damage and Disposition.
Enhanced General Info section, now including claim header details, location of loss, and reorganized TMS linkages and When a carrier and load number are selected, related details (customer, carrier, driver, vehicle, trailer) populate automatically.
In the disposition tab users can manage claim stages, approval status, closure date, and settlement amount.
After saving a claim, users can access Documents and Notes tabs to upload files (e.g., images, scanned documents) and add internal notes.
This revamp provides a more structured, detailed, and user-friendly claims management experience.
Service Claims Integration in Load Dispatch & Settlements
A new Service Claims workflow has been introduced to help users flag issues on a load, block carrier payments when needed, and apply financial deductions accurately—directly from the Dispatch modal without using the Claims module.
Add Service Claim from Dispatch Modal:
A new toggle “Block Carrier Invoice for Service Claims” is now available inside the Dispatch modal on any load.
When enabled, a Service Claim entry window opens where the user can add:
Reason Code, Claim Status, Claim Amount and Description.
Users can also create new reason codes on the spot using “+Create New” under the Reason Code dropdown.
After saving, a new line item appears in the Dispatch modal showing the claim.
Settlement & Carrier Bill Restrictions
If a Service Claim exists and is not approved/rejected, the system blocks creation of settlement / carrier bills for that load and details will be shown in columns.
And even can edit from settlement screen:
Carrier Bills:
Once the claim is approved, the system:
Automatically creates a deduction equal to the claim amount and it will shows:
Settlement module → Deductions section:
Load → Carrier Balances tab:
Note: Claim Description will be shown as an Internal Note.
After approval users can create settlements with deductions and a separate line item on the Settlement and Settlement PDF.
Visibility Across LoadStop
Service Claim data will also be displayed in loads, dispatch manager and load workflow grid:
Loads Grid:
Dispatch Manager
Load Workflow Screen
Admin-Only Service Claims Dashboard
On the top navigation bar, under Settlements, a new option “Service Claims” has been added.
It displays all service claims against loads:
Note: This section is currently visible only to Admin users.
“Per-Mile” Option in Escrow Setup
A new Per Mile option has been added in Driver Profile → Escrow Setup. Now, along with the flat and percentage based amount, users can create an escrow account based on a per-mile rate by selecting “Per Mile” and entering the rate. During settlement, the system will automatically calculate the escrow deduction according to the total miles (Sum of all the miles of all the loads) for that settlement using the per-mile rate defined in the escrow setup.
Enhanced Settlement PDF Layout for Improved Visibility
To make the Settlement PDF easier to read and review, the layout has been reorganized. Load details will now appear first, followed by Additional Pay, Extra Pay, and then Deductions. All items are also sorted by date to provide a clear and logical flow for better visibility and understanding.
Geo-Fence Arrival Triggers Update
The existing setting “Allow Geo Fence to Trigger Arrival Updates Only” has been improved.
When the toggle is ON
The system will trigger only arrival milestones: At Pickup and At Delivery.
