Enhancement Overview:

These enhancements improve regional compliance, driver workflow, load visibility, and yard operations across the platform. Users can now manage Canadian tax requirements more effectively, allow drivers to accept multiple loads, quickly access Pickup and PO information from the load grid, and gain better visibility into inbound yard movements for improved dispatch planning and trailer management.

Enhancement Summary:

  1. Canadian Tax & Currency Enhancements

  2. Multiple Load Acceptance by Drivers

  3. Pickup Number & PO Number Columns on Load Grid

  4. Inbound to Yard Visibility Enhancement

Canadian Tax & Currency Enhancements

The system has been enhanced to better support Canadian operations by updating the Partner Carrier Profile to display a combined HST/GST/QST tax field.

In addition, Maintenance Logs and Expense Creation now support currency selection, and when CAD (Canadian Dollar) is selected, separate fields for GST, HST, and QST tax amounts are displayed.

A new Jurisdiction/Location field has also been added to the Maintenance Log, allowing users to record the applicable province or tax jurisdiction for maintenance-related expenses and reporting.

Multiple Load Acceptance by Drivers

A new setting has been added to allow drivers to accept multiple dispatched loads simultaneously through the Driver App.

When this setting is enabled, drivers can view and accept several assigned loads at once and decide the order in which they will complete pickups and deliveries,

Even when multiple loads are accepted, the system allows only one load to be marked as the active tracking load at any given time and also shows a tracking label on the load.

If the setting is disabled, drivers can only have one active load at a time and must complete or remove the current load before accepting another.

Pickup Number & PO Number Columns on Load Grid

The Load Grid has been enhanced with dedicated Pickup Number and PO Number columns, providing quick visibility of key shipment references directly from the load list. For loads with multiple stops, the system displays the Pickup Number and PO Number from the first pickup stop and the last delivery stop.\

The existing filtering functionality has also been extended to these fields, allowing users to search and filter loads by Pickup Number and PO Number across all pickup and delivery stops.

Inbound to Yard Visibility Enhancement

A new "Inbound to Yard" tab has been added to Yard Logic to provide visibility into loads that are on their way to the yard but have not yet been dropped. This enhancement helps dispatchers monitor incoming trailers and plan subsequent movements more effectively, even when the next leg of the trip is scheduled later.

In the Load Workflow > All Loads view, split loads are now displayed as separate rows based on the number of splits, providing better visibility into each leg of the movement.

Loads with a yard move that are inbound to the yard will appear in the Inbound to Yard tab until the trailer is marked as Dropped.

Once dropped, the load is automatically moved to the At Yard section, ensuring accurate yard status and tracking.
