DriverBook Integration
We are now integrated with DriverBook, which can be configured from Setup → Integrations → ELD Tracking.
Users can map their drivers, trailers, and vehicles to LoadStop by selecting Carrier and API Key/Integration ID.
After mapping, users can:
View active load tracking in the Load module
Check Driver HOS Avail Hours via Fleet → Drivers
View vehicle odometer readings via Fleet → Vehicles
This integration helps improve visibility into driver availability and vehicle movement, enabling more efficient dispatching and compliance tracking.
Load Notes Locking
A new global setting, “Edit Load Notes,” has been added. If this setting is enabled, users will see the edit icon and can edit the load notes. Otherwise, If it is disabled, once a load note is added, it will be locked and cannot be edited or modified (except by users with special permissions).
Vehicle Number in Tracking Logs
The tracking functionality has been enhanced by adding a Vehicle Number column to the tracking logs.
This improvement increases ELD tracking visibility and ensures tracking data can be more accurately associated with the specific vehicle in use.
New Trailer Statuses in FleetOps (Beta)
A new version of Trailer Statuses has been introduced in FleetOps (currently in beta).
Each status is designed to update automatically based on two possible triggers:
Load Events – when a user updates a load status or performs an event on the load.
Milestones – when system-driven milestones are achieved (e.g., stop delivered, stop en route).
The trailer status will always update based on whichever trigger (event or milestone) occurs first.
Statuses and Triggers
1. Empty & Ready
Event: When a load is marked as Completed and the last stop is not At Yard, even empty move is added and its location is not at yard, the trailer updates to Empty & Ready.
Milestone: When the last delivery location is delivered (and not At Yard), the trailer updates to Empty & Ready.
Trailers selected in the Picked Empty dropdown in the dispatch modal will also move to Empty & Ready.
2. Empty at Yard
Event: When a load is marked as Completed and the last stop is At Yard, the trailer updates to Empty at Yard.
Milestone: When the last delivery location is delivered and the last stop is At the Yard, the trailer updates to Empty at Yard.
3. Loaded at Yard
Event: Applies when a trailer is dropped at a Yard location during a multi-split load (not the final stop).
Milestone: If the same split is delivered in milestones and is not the final stop of the load, the trailer updates to Loaded at Yard.
4. Dropped Loaded
Event: Applies when a trailer is dropped at a Yard location, but the location is not a local terminal, and the split is not the last split of the load. The trailer status updates to Dropped Loaded.
5. In Transit
Event: Applies when the load status is changed to In Transit (applies to both the dispatched trailer and dropped empty trailer in the dispatch modal).
Milestone: When the first stop of the load is marked as En Route.
6. Dropped Empty at Customer
Event: When the first pickup has been Completed and the dispatch includes a Dropped Empty Trailer, the trailer updates to Dropped Empty at Customer.
7. Dropped Loaded at Customer
Event: When the load is marked as Completed with the last stop not At Yard and the delivery type is Drop Trailer.
Milestone: When the last delivery location is delivered and the last stop delivery type is Drop Trailer.
8. Out of Service
Trailer Profile: If the Out of Service flag is enabled in the trailer profile, the trailer status updates to Out of Service.
9. Empty – Ready for Pickup
Event: When a trailer is selected in the Picked Empty Trailer field during dispatch, it will move to Empty – Ready for Pickup once the load is marked as Completed.
This enhancement improves automation in trailer lifecycle management, ensuring statuses reflect real-time operational events or system milestones, reducing manual work and improving accuracy.
Bulk Action for Carrier Bills
Users can now select multiple carrier bills at once, mark them as “Approved”, and Mark as Paid”
This enhancement reduces manual effort and speeds up billing workflows by allowing bulk updates instead of processing each bill individually.
Show Earnings and Revenue in Settlement PDF for Partner Carriers
A new setting, “Show Earning and Revenue in the breakdown of Settlement PDF for Partner Carriers,” has been added. When enabled, the settlement PDF will now display Gross Revenue, which shows the total revenue of all loads included in the settlement, and Gross Earnings, which shows the total of the net earnings calculated for the settlement.
PDF Preview:
This provides partner carriers with greater visibility by clearly distinguishing revenue from earnings in the settlement breakdown.
