Enhancement Overview:

This release introduces multiple usability and operational improvements across the platform, including enhanced load filtering, communication, and dispatch capabilities. New features improve brokerage load workflows with E-Confirmation and driver app integration, along with unread message indicators for better communication tracking. Additional expanded trailer type options, and improved rate card import/export functionality. The release also enhances visibility and configuration flexibility with color-coded status indicators on the load model and reimbursement entity control.

Enhancement Summary:

A new Load Status filter has been added, allowing users to sort and filter loads by selecting multiple statuses at the same time. This enhancement is available in both Asset and Brokerage channels, making load management more efficient and flexible.

A new enhancement allows users to send Bid Requests using their personal email address configured in their user profile instead of the default company email. When newly added setting “Use user's individual email address to send Bid Request” enabled,

the system first checks for user-level SMTP settings.

and uses that email for communication;(bid request):

if not configured, it automatically falls back to the company email setup, ensuring flexibility, traceability, and uninterrupted bid communication.

When newly added setting “Auto send Load Info to the Driver once e-rate is accepted by the Carrier ” are enabled and driver details (Name and Cell phone number) are provided ,

The load is is automatically pushed to the Load Stop Driver App.

Note that the driver must have the LoadStop driver App installed for this to work.

A new functionality has been added to the chat section, allowing dispatchers to mark driver text messages as unread. Once marked, a notification indicator is displayed, helping users track pending or follow-up messages more effectively.

New trailer types, including Flat Extendable and additional length options, have been added to the Trailer Profile.

These updates are also reflected across relevant system dropdowns, including dispatch, load workflows and filters, improving trailer selection and classification.

The Settlement History section has been improved with a more intuitive filtering experience. Export-related filters have been moved from the top-level view into a dedicated modal pop-up window, making it easier for users to apply criteria and manage exports efficiently.

A new Import & Export feature has been added to simplify managing large volumes of rate cards. Users can download a template, update or add rate card details, and import them back into the system, where existing records are updated based on matching IDs to prevent duplicate entries.

A configuration setting has been added to control the reimbursement entity assignment. Users can now choose whether expense reimbursements are assigned to the partner carrier or directly to the driver, ensuring correct visibility and improved flexibility in reimbursement handling.
