Driver Status Enhancements in FleetOps – Drivers Grid View
We have updated the Drivers Grid View in FleetOps to provide clearer visibility into driver assignment and dispatch progress:
Open – Just renamed previously "Available".
Covered – Drivers who have been assigned loads, but the load has not yet been sent to the driver (via app or SMS).
Dispatched – Drivers who have been assigned loads and the load has already been sent to the driver (via app or SMS).
Additionally, a new Driver Available Date dropdown filter has been moved next to the status tabs for quick filtering.
The sequence of options in this filter is now set to:
Today (default selection), Tomorrow, Next 3 Days, Next 7 Days and Custom Range.
These updates improve clarity in driver workflow management and make it easier to locate drivers based on upcoming availability.
Trailer Number Visibility for Power Only Loads
When a load has Trailer Type = Power Only and a Trailer Number is added, the system will now display this trailer number in the following places:
Loads Module Grid – The trailer number will appear directly in the grid for quick visibility.
Load Workflow Screen Grid – The trailer number will also be shown in the workflow grid to ensure consistency and easier tracking.
This ensures that trailer information is always visible across the system even for Power Only loads.
Appointment Confirmation Status Display in Dispatch Manager
The Dispatch Manager screen now displays the appointment confirmation status (Confirmed/Not Confirmed) alongside the appointment time. To enable this, users must turn on the “Manage Scheduling for Loads” toggle under Global Settings → Load and then enable the Appt toggle in the Dispatch Info section for Pickup and Delivery within Edit Load.
This allows users to quickly see whether appointments have been confirmed directly from the Dispatch Manager screen.
“Total” Tab Added in Dispatch Manager
A new “Total” tab has been added in the Dispatch → Dispatch Manager section. This tab provides a consolidated view of all loads in one place, allowing users to quickly review the complete list without switching between individual status tabs.
