Auto-Update Load Tracking Status from Milestones

The tracking status on the load page will now automatically update whenever a milestone is received or manually added. The tracking status will update based on the milestones from First Pickup stop and Last Delivery Stop of the load or split.

This helps dispatchers and operations teams easily track the current status of a load

Delivery Radius Filter Added to Loads Module

Users can now view a load within a certain radius of a Delivery city. Radius can be selected from a minimum of 25 miles to a maximum of 500 miles. It works in combination with Delivery City, which must be selected to select a radius limit.

This helps in quickly finding nearby loads for efficient dispatching.

Miles Display Logic on Hourly Settlements

If a driver is being paid based on miles, then miles will always appear on the hourly settlement, regardless of the "Show Miles" setting enabled. However, if the driver is not paid on miles, then miles will not display if the setting is disabled.

Default Dates on Load Duplication

When duplicating a load, the pickup date will now default to the current system date, and the delivery date will automatically adjust to maintain the same interval from pickup as in the original load.

This helps save time and reduces errors by automatically adjusting load dates based on the original schedule.

Brokerage-Only UI Optimization and Carrier-Related Field Restrictions

For brokerage-only accounts, the "Empty Move" option under the Stop Actions in Load Info has been removed, asset details are now hidden in the Milestone tab, and the Declared Value field will no longer auto-populate when creating a load.

These updates help streamline the interface and avoid showing carrier-related options to brokerage users.

Quick Load Acceptance from EDI/API Grid

A new column has been added to the EDI/API page under the pill tabs. This column includes an Accept button, allowing users to accept loads directly from the grid without needing to open each load individually.

This improves efficiency and speeds up load processing.

Team Drivers – Unit Assignment Management

When creating a Team for Drivers, both primary and secondary Drivers will be required to have the same Units (Vehicle, Trailer and Van Type) assigned to them.

If drivers already have unit assignments, their current assignments will be labeled below the Primary and Secondary Driver info. Users can then select matching Vehicle, Trailer, and Van Type from dropdowns to assign the same unit to both drivers, ensuring consistency in team setup.

If a team already exists, users can update the unit assignment from either driver's profile, and the changes will automatically apply to both drivers.

Additionally, a label will be displayed on the driver profile stating, “This Driver is part of a team, changes to Unit Assignment will apply to both Primary and Secondary Drivers, ”ensuring users are aware that updates affect both team members.
