QuickBooks Class Mapping Based on Terminal

A new feature has been added to map QuickBooks Classes with terminals for improved financial reporting. This can be enabled from Integration Setup using the toggle “Use Class Mapping”.

Once enabled, a new section appears where all TMS terminals are listed on the left, and users can select the corresponding QuickBooks Class from a dropdown on the right as defined in Quickbooks.

Any transaction synced to QuickBooks Online or Desktop (including invoices, settlements, and expenses) will be mapped to the selected class based on the associated terminal.

Note: For expenses, the system determines the terminal using a hierarchy: it first checks the expense transaction, then the linked load, followed by the driver, and finally the trailer. To apply this logic, users must also enable “Map class based on the terminal” (in integration setup, expense section)so that terminal-based mapping is used instead of the default unit/truck-based mapping.

Configurable Alternate Contact Details for DAT Posting

A new setting has been added under Setup →Integration →Load Posting →DAT to control whether alternate contact details are included when posting loads to DAT. When disabled, the system will exclude alternate phone numbers and contact emails from load postings, allowing users to manage what contact information is shared on the load board.

Regulog ELD Integration

The system now supports integration with Regulog ELD under the ELD integrations section. Once configured by adding required information, it allows syncing of hours of service (HOS), odometer readings, and tracking data, improving visibility of driver activity and vehicle movement.

After mapping, users can:

  • View active load tracking in the Load module

  • Check Driver HOS Avail Hours via Fleet → Drivers

  • View vehicle odometer readings via Fleet → Vehicles

Driver Load Submission via Mobile App

A new feature allows drivers to submit a POD/BOL document through the mobile app to automatically create a load in the TMS. This feature is controlled by the setting “Allow Drivers to Submit POD/BOL to Build a Load”.

Once a document is uploaded via mobile App

, the system processes it, creates the load, and automatically assigns and dispatches it back to the same driver. The submitted document is also attached to the load as a POD.

Additional configuration options are available in Load Settings to define default values such as dummy customer, default sales agent, booking authority, and allowing load creation without a primary fee.

All submissions are tracked under Driver Submissions, where users can view success/failure logs.

Along with detailed error messages in the notification section, if load creation fails due to missing required fields.

Accurate RPM Calculation in Automated Load Search

The RPM (Rate Per Mile) calculation in Automated Load Search for DAT leads has been updated to use actual loaded miles. This ensures more accurate RPM values, helping dispatchers make better and more reliable load selection decisions.

Load Duplication Enhancements

Load duplication has been updated to also copy Sales Agent and Booking Terminal details. Additionally, improved date handling ensures that loads with past dates default to the current date, while loads with future dates retain their original dates during duplication.

Trailer Type Enhancements

New trailer types have been added across the system, including in TMS, load creation, trailer profiles, and tracking filters, improving selection and filtering options.

Invoice Column Enhancements and Netsuite Validation

Four new column values—Shipment BOL, PO number, Fuel Surcharge, and Customer ID—are now displayed on the invoices.

A validation also introduced for Netsuite integration to prevent invoices from syncing without an accessorial (SSO) if that SSO is unmapped to a Netsuite general ledger account, ensuring the user maps the accessorial first.

Bad Debt Option for QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) Integration

A new Bad Debt feature has been introduced for QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) users, extending functionality previously available only in QuickBooks Online.

With this enhancement, when an invoice is marked as Bad Debt in the TMS, the system flags the invoice for synchronization with QBD. The user is required to run a dedicated Bad Debt Web Connector (get form TMS → integration setup page)within QBD, which applies a corresponding credit memo to the invoice.

Once processed, the updated status is synced back to the TMS, where the system automatically records a bad debt expense entry, updates the invoice status and closes the invoice in TMS.

This ensures accurate financial tracking and consistent reconciliation between TMS and QuickBooks Desktop.

Agent Permission to Edit Location Details

A new specific permission, “Edit Location Address,” and global setting “Allow agents to edit load address” introduced for agent users,

allowing administrators to control whether agents can edit location addresses or location codes in the TMS. When enabled, agents are permitted to update location details.

Spreadsheet Load Import Template Changes

Enhancements were introduced to the load import template used via spreadsheet.

The system now supports using an internal customer ID instead of the LoadStop-generated ID. Additionally, a new Booking Terminal column has been added to the template.

A related feature also enables users to cancel existing loads by setting the cancellation column value to “true” in the import spreadsheet.

Single Click Dispatch Automation and Recommendations

A "quick dispatch" feature was added to the recommendations view on the dispatch screen, simplifying the process.

This button automatically selects the driver, truck, and last assigned trailer, and simultaneously sends the load details to the driver's mobile app.

If validations fail, the system prompts the user and requires a reason to proceed with

the dispatch.

Auto Approval of Driver Stop Information Updates

A new setting, “Auto-approve driver stop info submissions,” was introduced in the load settings. When enabled, any updates submitted by drivers via the mobile app (e.g., weight, shipment B number, trailer number) are automatically approved and applied to the load.

This bypasses the standard approval workflow in the TMS and directly updates the load details.
