Release 75.0.15

Enhancements Overview:

This update introduces key enhancements to streamline workflows and improve control. Bill syncing with QuickBooks now respects the selected Booking Authority for better financial accuracy. Invoice documents uploaded to Denim are now organized with the invoice page first for consistency. Load templates support pre-setting the Hazmat flag, minimizing repetitive edits. A new option also allows trailer assignments to be locked alongside drivers or vehicles, offering tighter dispatch management.

Enhancements Summary:

  • QuickBooks Bill Sync Based on Booking Authority

  • Standardized Document Order for Denim Invoice Uploads

  • Hazmat Flag Added to Load Templates

  • Lock Trailer Assignment Option Added

QuickBooks Bill Sync Based on Booking Authority

For tenants with multiple QuickBooks integrations set up, bills will now sync to QuickBooks based on the Booking Authority assigned on the load, instead of defaulting to the first connected integration.

This ensures accurate financial syncing and bookkeeping when operating under multiple authorities.

Standardized Document Order for Denim Invoice Uploads

In the Denim Integration setup screen, enable the toggle to send the customer invoice PDF with billing papers. The system will now arrange the uploaded file so that the customer invoice appears as the first page, followed by all supporting documents.

This improves clarity and ensures a consistent document structure for Denim processing.

From now on, the customer invoice will appear as the first page in every uploaded PDF file to Denim, followed by supporting documents.

Hazmat Flag Added to Load Templates

Users can now set the Hazmat flag directly within load templates. When a load is created from a template with the Hazmat flag enabled, the system automatically applies the flag to the load.

This eliminates the need to manually update the Hazmat status on each load, especially when creating loads in bulk.

Lock Trailer Assignment Option Added

A new option called "Lock Trailer Assignment" has been added under Load Settings. This setting will appear only if the “Block Dispatchers from changing Unit Assignment” toggle is enabled.

If enabled, it will lock the trailer assignment along with the driver or vehicle, preventing dispatchers from making changes.
