Enhancement Overview:
In this release, we’ve added tax mapping with configurable transaction creation for Fuel Purchases, a Year-to-Date summary by settlement category option on Settlement PDFs, and Pending Assessment mapping from Highway to show carriers with an assessment pending directly in their profile. These updates improve financial
accuracy, reporting clarity, and onboarding visibility.

Tax Mapping & Configurable Transaction Creation
Sales Tax from TCS and HST/GST from Pilot Flying J will now be mapped in Fuel Purchases within LoadStop.
Additionally, A new setting “Create transaction for taxes” has been added under Settings > Fuel Purchases. When enabled, the system will generate either a deduction or an expense based on the configuration set in the Driver Profile by the user. If disabled, no transaction will be created.
This enhancement provides greater flexibility and control in managing tax entries, ensuring more accurate financial handling.
Settlement PDF – Year-to-Date Summary by Settlement Category
Introduced the ability to display the Year-to-Date summary on the Settlement PDF by Settlement Category, in addition to the existing option by Transaction Date. This can be configured in Settings > Settlement, where users can enable the Year to Date summary for specific groups (Company Drivers, Owner Operators, External Carriers, and Partner Carriers) via checkboxes.

This enhancement provides better flexibility and ensures clients can generate settlement reports tailored to their preferred reporting method, improving financial transparency.
Pending Assessment Mapping from Highway to Carrier Profile
We have added support for displaying an ‘Assessment Pending’ status for carriers during Highway onboarding. When a carrier’s assessment is pending in Highway, this status will now be mapped into LoadStop and displayed on the carrier’s profile. This ensures teams have clear visibility of a carrier’s onboarding progress and can make informed assignment decisions.
