Enhancement Overview:
In this release, we introduced Vlog Integration, along with several enhancements to improve dispatch and financial workflows. A new Refresh Rate button has been added for weight-based fee calculations, allowing quick recalculation of quantity and fees when weight values are updated. Users can now utilize a Partner Carrier search filter across Loads (including Loads Workflow, Dispatch Planner, LTL Trips, and Trips Consolidation), Fuel Purchases, and IFTA for easier tracking and management. Additionally, the system now includes Secondary Driver active load validation, ensuring alerts and proper handling when assigning a load to a secondary driver who already has an active load.

VlogELD Integration
We are now integrated with VlogELD, which can be configured from Setup → Integrations → ELD Tracking.
Users can map their drivers, trailers, and vehicles to LoadStop by selecting Carrier and entering username, password and Company ID.
After mapping, users can:
View active load tracking in the Load module
Check Driver HOS Avail Hours via Fleet → Drivers
View vehicle odometer readings via Fleet → Vehicles
This integration helps improve visibility into driver availability and vehicle movement, enabling more efficient dispatching and compliance tracking.
Refresh Rate Button for Weight-Based Fee Calculation
A new “Refresh Rate” button has been added to the Weight field when Fee Type = Per Qty and Qty Type = Ton is selected. If the user updates the Weight value and clicks on Refresh Rate, the system will automatically recalculate the Qty (Weight / 2000) and update the Primary Fee based on the new Qty and Unit Rate. This ensures accurate fee calculations whenever the weight is adjusted.
Partner Carrier Search Filter in Loads (Loads Workflow, Dispatch Planner, LTL Trips, Trips Consolidation), Fuel Purchases, and IFTA
A new Partner Carrier filter has been added across multiple modules to improve search and reporting. In the Dispatch module, users can now filter loads by the Partner Carrier assigned in the Dispatch modal. The same filter is also available in Loads (Loads Workflow, Dispatch Planner, LTL Trips, Trips Consolidation) as well as under Fuel Purchases and IFTA, where the Partner Carrier list will be shown in the dropdown for easy selection.

Secondary Driver Active Load Validation
When editing a Team Load and changing the Secondary Driver in Dispatch Info, the system will now check if the newly selected driver already has an active load. If yes, an alert will appear, Please ask the driver to first complete the previous load.
The load information will still be sent to the Driver App, but it will appear under the Pending tab until the active load is completed.
