Enhancements Overview:
This release introduces improved control and visibility features across driver and dispatch workflows. Drivers will now receive a notification on the mobile app when a Time Off Request is cancelled in the TMS, along with a visible "Cancelled" status label. Additionally, new sub-options under the Auto Mark as Delivered setting allow for more accurate delivery status updates based on specific scenarios like yard drops, mid-splits, or all delivery stops and a Dispatcher option has been added for e-Rate Confirmations, allowing sender emails and carrier acknowledgements to be tied directly to the dispatcher selected in the Dispatch Modal.

QuickBooks Bill Sync Based on Booking Authority
For tenants with multiple QuickBooks integrations set up, bills will now sync to QuickBooks based on the Booking Authority assigned on the load, instead of defaulting to the first connected integration.
This ensures accurate financial syncing and bookkeeping when operating under multiple authorities.
Time Off Request – Cancellation Status & Driver Notification
A new update has been implemented to improve visibility and communication for Time Off Requests in the Driver App. If a Time Off Request is cancelled by the user in the TMS, the system will now:
Display the “Cancelled” status label against the corresponding request in the Driver App and send a push notification to the driver immediately once the cancelled status is synced from the TMS.
This ensures drivers are promptly informed when their requested time off is revoked or cancelled.
Auto Mark as Delivered – Sub-Options Based on Delivery Scenarios
We’ve enhanced the "Auto set shipments to Delivered when at Consignee" setting by introducing a dropdown with specific delivery scenarios. Once the user checks this option, a dropdown will appear offering the following configurations:
Auto Mark as Delivered (Yard Drop):
Marks the delivered milestone only if the delivery is performed at designated yard locations.Auto Mark as Delivered (Mid split / Non-Final Split):
Marks the delivered milestone when delivery is performed at mid-split stops that are not the final delivery.Auto Mark as Delivered (For All Delivery Stops):
Marks the delivered milestone for every delivery stop, regardless of type.
These options provide more precise control over how and when shipments are auto-marked as delivered based on the stop type and context.
Dispatcher Option for e-Rate Confirmations
A new option, "Dispatcher", has been added under Settings > BOL/Confirmations > e-Rate Confirmations to offer more flexibility in handling e-Rate communications.
Sender Email:
When "Dispatcher" is selected, the sender email address for e-Rate confirmations will be pulled from the Dispatcher selected on the Dispatch Modal.Confirmation Email After Carrier Acknowledgement:
When "Dispatcher" is selected, the confirmation acknowledgement email (after an external carrier accepts the e-Rate) will be sent to the Dispatcher listed in the Dispatch Modal.
This enhancement ensures that dispatchers remain directly informed and involved in the e-Rate workflow.
