Invoices | Mark as sent option in Pending Upload Tab
Invoices can now be marked as “Sent” in the Pending Upload Tab.

When the invoices are sent to the factoring company, the user can now mark them as “Sent”.
2. Invoices - Mark as Paid - Prompt user to Enter Reference# and Amount Received
While marking multiple invoices as paid, the TMS now prompts the user to enter the reference# and the amount received.

The users are able to enter the date and amount against each invoice. Also, by clicking on the View link under payment history the TMS displays the payment history (if any) against that invoice.
The user can also search and add more invoices by using the search feature.
3. Manually Created Milestones Logs
The users can now see who manually created the milestone and at what time the milestone was created.
Dispatch > Loads > Load > Milestones
A Creation Info column has been added to the milestones Grid. The Sent Info column displays the user name sending the milestone and the send method is shown under the Sent Via column.
4. More filters in Driver Submissions > Documents
More filters have been added to the Driver Submissions > Documents section including the Booking Terminal, Pickup State, and Delivery State.

5. Driver’s Available Date against drivers with status available
In FleetOps, the driver’s date of availability will now be displayed against the drivers that have available status. Previously, it was only displayed against drivers that were dispatched.
6. Rate Confirmation PDF Enhancements
In the Rate Confirmation PDF, the below changes have been made:
Date field will now display the date timestamp when the rate confirmation was sent to the External Carrier via Email
Sales Agent Field has been replaced by the Dispatcher Name field.
The comments section will display the dispatcher’s name, email, and phone number.
7. FourKites Location Updates
The users should now be able to send automatic location updates/check calls to Fourkites.
To enable the Automatic Location Updates/Check Calls, go to Menu > CRM > Customer’s profile > EDI/API/Email.
Enable the API toggle.
Under the Visibility Partner select FourKites and enter the External Shipper ID against the customer.
Enable the Send Check Calls toggle.
The user can select between Fixed interval-based check calls or fix time slot-based check calls.
8. Signed e-Rate Confirmation PDF
The e-Rate Confirmation will now reflect the External Carrier’s signature information on the confirmation PDF.
The signed e-Rate document will also be stored on the Load itself. The user can view or download it by going to the Load Docs tab.
The users can also configure which input boxes should appear under the Signature section when the e-Rate confirmation is sent to the External Carrier.
The option to Accept or Reject the e-Rate Confirmation by the External Carrier has also been added.
9. Customer’s Rate Card - Minimum Charges Alert
While using the Rate Card Feature, if the user has set a minimum charge amount in the Customer’s Rate Card. The system compares the Minimum Charge amount with Load Revenue. If the Minimum Charge amount is higher than the Primary Fee then it displays an alert message to the user to let the user know that the Load Revenue does not meet the minimum charges set in Customer’s Rate card.
10. TruckX - Driver’s and Trailers Data
The users should now be able to fetch Driver’s data (Hours of Service) and Trailers Data (Trailers locations) from TruckX via Integration.
