Filter Sections in FleetOps
Introduced two separate filter sections in FleetOps to improve usability and data filtering.
Asset/Driver Filters
These filters apply to all tabs, i.e, Drivers, Vehicles, and Trailers in the FleetOps Grid/Calendar View. When a filter is applied, only relevant assets will be displayed in the grid, helping users focus on specific resources.
Load Filters
Filters such as Delivery Date, Customer, and Van Type now apply specifically to Loads in the Grid View and Available Load section.
This allows users to find and manage loads based on their preferred criteria quickly.
Automated Updates for EDI Loads
EDI loads can now be set to automatically update when a new 204 tender update is received from the customer.
To enable this functionality, a new toggle, "Automatically Accept 204- Load Tender Update", has been added under the EDI/API tab in the Customer Profile. When enabled, EDI load updates will be automatically applied without user intervention.
Navigate→ CRM→Customers→Open customer’s profile and go to tab “EDI/API/Email ”
The updated load tender will either show up in the new tab or the updated tab, depending on the setting shown in screenshot below.
Automatic Load Tracking Sharing Between Connected LoadStop Tenants
The tracking updates will now be synchronized between asset and brokerage tenants that are connected via LoadStop API integration.
A new toggle, "Enabled tracking", has been added under the LoadStop integration tab in the Customer Profile. When enabled, load tracking details will be automatically shared with the connected tenant, ensuring real-time visibility and seamless communication between LoadStop TMS tenants.
To Enable tracking>Navigate→ CRM→Customers→Open customer’s profile and go to tab “Loadstop Integration ”
Total Weight & Total Quantity Type Display for Loads and Trips
A load's total weight and total quantity type will now be displayed at the top of the Load Page by summing up values from all pickup stops.
Two new columns, Name “ Total Weight”, and “ Total Quantity”, are added to the Load Grid for better visibility.
Similarly, for Trips, the combined weight and total quantity of all associated loads will be displayed on the Trip Page.
And two new columns, Name “ Total Weight” and “ Total Quantity”, have been added to the Grid for better visibility.
Note: If a trip contains different quantity types, the system will display "Mixed" as the quantity type.
Total Revenue Display for Trips
The total revenue for each trip will now be displayed at the top of the Load Modal.
and on the Trip Grid, providing better financial visibility at a glance.
Quick Access to Check Call from Load Grid and Driver Selection
Users can now add a Check Call directly from the Action Button without opening the load. In the Check Call modal, the driver's name will now be automatically populated for single and split loads, ensuring faster and more efficient updates.
