CC Emails When Sending Invoices and documents
A new enhancement has been added to control which email addresses are automatically CC’d when sending invoices. Two new settings are available under Global Settings > Invoices. Users can enable an option to “always CC the Booking/Managed Authority email”, and they can also enter additional email addresses that should be CC’d by default when sending invoices by enabling setting “CC additional users when sending Invoice email” .
These CC emails will auto-populate when sending the invoice, and the user can still edit or remove them at the time of sending.
Additionally, a new setting “Always CC when emailing documents” has been added. When enabled, the specified CC email addresses will also be automatically included when sending documents and compliance files.
