The Confirmation tab has been renamed to BOL/Confirmation. Additionally, Bill of Lading (BOL) and confirmation settings have been moved from the Load tab to the newly named BOL/Confirmation tab for easier access.

To further streamline your processes,we have added two templates, Template 1 and Template 2, for both BOL and Confirmation documents in the settings, allowing you to choose according to your preference.

You can designate the primary carrier representative by using the new toggle introduced in the fleet—>carrier’s profile, where now you can also put carrier Ext number.

New Columns Integrated into Exported Excel for Loads

Added three new columns (Rev, Carrier pay and Broker Profit) to the Excel file that can be exported to get load details, providing more detailed financial information.

The column Titled Rev, will show the total revenue for the load:

The column, titled Carrier Pay, will display the carrier's pay if it has been integrated in the dispatch info:

A Custom Driver Rate Card Package feature has been added to the system. These cards can be tailored for specific customers, van types, or hazmat (a newly added feature that was just explained above) loads. You can now create driver rate cards either from setup:

The Driver Rate Card can be overwritten from the Settlements Module as well to make last-minute changes to the driver settlement.

This will let you apply fees based on the customer rate card. If the customer has multiple rate cards, you will be prompted to choose the desired one.

Display the Load Number in front of Each Stop on the Confirmation Document for an LTL Trip.

We’ve implemented an enhancement to the LoadStop-generated confirmation document for LTL Trips. Now, the load numbers are displayed next to each stop, in a load confirmation document of a LTL trip.

This update allows drivers to easily identify which pallets to pick up or drop off at each location, improving workflow efficiency and reducing potential errors during the trip.

Load details and carrier rate/total spend in dispatch info tab

We have introduced a new column titled "Total Spend" in the lane rates section of dispatch module>load>dispatch info. This column pulls information directly from the external rate card (that can be set in the carrier's profile), including rates, and displays the total rate based on the load's miles or the invoice amount in the total spend column.

In the same lan rate tab now users are also able to see load details i.e origin , destination and miles.

With this enhancement, users can easily check the miles from pickup to destination, see what the carrier's rate was, and find out how much the carrier got paid from this pickup to destination.

Load Sync - Sync Pickup Type and Delivery Type Fields

When a load is sent from one tenant to another using LoadStop API integration the Stop Pickup Type and Deliver Type fields will also be synchronized.

FleetOps - Inbound/Outbound Filters

New filters have been added under the main pill tabs in FleetOps Calendar View. These filters allow user to view loads based on Pickup or Delivery.

By default none of the Pickup or delivery filters will be selected.

When user selects PU filter, all the driver/Vechiles/Trailers that are supposed to pickup loads within the seven day window will be displayed.

When user selects Del filter, all the driver/Vechiles/Trailers that are supposed to Deliver loads within the seven day window will be displayed.

The count of drivers/Vehicles/Trailers is also displayed next to PU and Del filter as well as the count of states based on Pickup and delivery.
