Introduction
Once you have created an opportunity for your customers, you can create and set up multiple activities against it. This article contains all the information required to create an activity but for more information regarding opportunities or different modules visit our Help Center.
Navigation
To create an activity, go to the Main Menu, select CRM and then Activities. This is the main page where you can create new activities and view the existing ones.
Tabs and Filters
In this module, we can see four different tabs.
The “All” tab will show all the activities created against all the opportunities of all customers.
The “Pending” tab shows all the activities that are due and currently pending.
If the activity is performed, then you will have to open the activity and mark it as completed. Once marked, that activity will show up in the “Completed” tab.
If the user fails to perform an activity on time then it will be shown in the “Missed” tab.
In order to find a particular activity, advanced search and filter capabilities are available.

Exporting Activities
You can export all the current activities to excel by clicking on "Export to Excel".
Another option to export the activities to excel is by clicking on the excel sheet next to the eye icon.
Create a New Activity
In order to create a new activity, click on the “Create new activity” button in the top right corner of the page and it will open a new window.
Once all the details are entered, click on the “Save” button. Against one opportunity, you can create multiple activities. The activities created here will show up in the customer’s profile, and the activities created from within the customer’s profile will show up here in this module as well.
As can be seen in the image, you can also create “Reminders” for an activity. These can be created by turning on the toggle for recurring. Once a reminder has been set, then on that day you will be notified in the Activities Due section in the top right corner.
