Accessorials Added to Customer Confirmation PDF

Any accessorial added to a load will now automatically be displayed on the Customer Confirmation PDF, providing better transparency and detail for the customer.

Customer Confirmation PDF:

Added a Column Name "Payable To" in the Carrier Bills Module

A new "Payable To" column has been added to all Pill Tabs in the Carrier Bills module, showing the External Carrier's Payable information.

Note: This column will automatically pull data from the Carrier Profiles. The information displayed will be sourced from one of three sections: Remit Details, Factoring Payable, or Invoice Payable. If all three sections are populated, the Payable To column will prioritize Remit Details first, then Factoring Payable, and then Invoice Payable.

Motive Fuel Integration

We are now integrated with Motive Fuel Integration. The integration can be set up under Setup—> Integrations —> Fuel Cards/Check.

Users can integrate Motive by selecting the carrier and entering their API Key/ Integration ID.

Auto fuel import:

Once the Motive is integrated, users can navigate to Financial > Fuel Purchases and import fuel transactions directly from Motive, streamlining the fuel expense management process.

Manual Fuel import:

Users can also import Motive fuel transactions manually by going Under Menu → Financials → Fuel Purchase, and selecting "Motive" under the "Fuel Card Type" dropdown in the Import Fuel modal.

Harsh Driving Events Integration with Samsara

Now, any harsh driving events captured via Samsara will automatically appear in the driver's profile under the newly added tab “Harsh Events”.

Additionally, these events will also be visible in the Tracking Portal > Safety Risk section.

To improve visibility, you can configure automated notifications for harsh events through Setup> Workflows by enabling the Event toggle and specifying which users should receive alerts.

Display Total Paid Amount in Settlement History

Added a "Total Paid" amount display next to "Total Unpaid" at the top of the Settlements history. This provides users with a clear summary of both paid and unpaid settlement amounts in one view.

Hazmat Column and Filter Added for LTL Trips

A new Hazmat “column” and “filter” have been added to the LTL Trip section. Users can now easily identify and filter Hazmat loads within the trip for better visibility and management.

Auto-Sync Driver Document Dates to Driver Profile

Dates entered in the driver documents, including Physical Expiration, Medical Expiration, Driver License Expiration, Last drug test, and TWIC Card Expiration, will now automatically sync with the respective fields in the Driver Details section of the driver profile.

ELD Temperature Fetch

A hyperlink has been added to fetch temperature automatically from the ELD if integrated, similar to the "Get Location" option.
